Excellent experience at Dimmitt.
I traded my vehicle in and bought a 2012 CTS coupe and was out door in under 30 minutes. The saleman was the greatest. He took the time to set up our phones with BlueTooth and went through all the things realted to the vehicle. I would recommend Dimmit to all my friend and family. Thank you Dimmit Cadallic.

Awesome Buying Experience
We received excellent service from our Salesman "Mark DeHaven" from the very beginning and through out our buying experience. Mark served us with dignity, class and was the ultimate professional. After a couple of months of searching for a vehicle it was quite refreshing to deal with Mark and the Dimmitt family. We will without a doubt recommend this dealership and look forward to being served and treated as a guest the way we have been during this buying experience. The drive from Orange Park, FL was definitely worth it.

I Would Never Recommend This Dealership/Service Department
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Dimmitt. I was directed to Dimmitt by my insurance company because they are a "STAR" rated service department, to address an issue that was previously covered by my insurance. I was told that they would contact the adjuster and address what they felt was just a minor issue. I had to contact them to find out what was decided the next day, I was told that my insurance would not cover it, that the adjuster had come out and looked at pictures of the issue, yet when I called my insurance company they told me that no one had gone out or even addressed the issue. I asked the service person to get me a quote on the "simple" fix, and never received a phone call back. I did take my vehicle to Clearwater Toyota for the "simple" fix which turned out went way beyond simple (See my review of the excellent service). Needless to say, Dimmitt treated me as if my business was beneath them because it was a Toyota truck and not a high overpriced vehicle and I was not a worthy rich potential customer. Dimmitt needs to revamp their customer service and they need to realize that every person is a potential customer.

First class service
I have bought several cars over the years, but the experience at Dimmitt I needed to write this review. I found my car on their Website and reached out to them and within 48 hours after that I had my Range Rover. My sales person Taryn Elliott did an excellent job of listening and making sure all my questions were answered. Her professionalism and knowledge sold me. I have never seen a sale person go the extra mile like she did. From making sure the Finance department got my paperwork in advance so I didnt have to wait down to getting me to my hotel and as well as picking me up when my car was ready. Taryn and Dimmitt have won my business in the future.

Better thann excellent!
Al Harter (service) and the entire staff of Dimmit Caddilac is beyond excellent. I neaver leave there without being reminded that my business is not only important to them, but really appreciated. They sell cars that are half a million dollars....not mine. I drive one of the least expensive cars they sell. I still feel extremely valued. The quality of the work is also wonderful. I have never had to go back a second time for the same problem. My car was recalled twoice.... for computer upgrades only. Worrisome.... yes. I was reassured by Dimmit and all was handled quickly, completely, and professionally. I have had very few issues beyond standard service either. A great product and a better dealership.

The easiest most pleasant experience we've had purchasing a car! Tom Hassel and all involved exceeded our expectations. We originally went to another dealer and couldn't make a deal due to their inflexibility, but Tom Hassel at Dimmitt Land Rover met all of our needs.

Sold my LR3 in record time
As a member of the military, I was being assigned overseas and had to sell my LR3. Luckily I chose to visit Dimmitt LR in Clearwater, FL before I left. Tom Hassel greeted me with no hesitation and immediately began walking me through the simple process. Before I knew it I had a solid quote...higher than a competitor...and we were signing the sales documents. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, professional, and expedient process.
