Good freindly experience

excellent service, new facility, great selection

Truthfully buying a new car is a pain. Ive procrastinated in doing so because of this. The day I purchased my Camaro I was shocked at how painless it actually was! Great service, answered all my questions, taught me new technology. (I had been driving 20 year old cars) Pleasant experience and hope to do again before another 20 years!

Great work by all..

Was getting some pin stripes on my car and a spoiler... Ken Mann helped my and did a great job of getting the car done in a timely manner...

Very Friendly, Honest Salemen

Everyone at Ben Mynatt was very friendly. The salesman, Calvin, made sure we knew each step he was completing. He showed us each feature of the car. This was the 3rd dealership I had visited for the purchase. Calvin ask what we wanted. He fulfilled our wants and not tactics to get us to buy a car we did not want. The other 2 dealers dismissed what I wanted and asked for--They tired to sell me a car that I told them up front I did not want. I will most defiantly us Ben Mynatt for my future needs, and if Calvin is still they I will request him.

Great Buying Experience

The Ben Mynatt dealership was very professional but above all worked very hard to ensure my automotive needs achieved to the highest degree of my satisfaction within the limitations of my budget. My sales representative always kept me in the loop during the purchase and promptly responded to all questions concerning my purchase. All the staff at Ben Mynatt were very professional and attentive to ensuring my purchase was as stress free as possible.

Easy car buying experience

Ben Mynatt has been servicing our cars for years. When it was time to buy a new car and we had decided on a Chevy Equinox, they were our preferred dealer. I checked out prices and availability at several other dealers as well, from Charlotte to Atlanta. Ben Mynatt beat the other prices without any hassles. I didn't even show them the other prices. They had the car that met all our requirements. I asked for an out the door price, which they provided. Many other dealers would only give me the price before all the taxes and fees unless I met with them in person. All the negotiations took place over the phone and internet. There was no attempt to sell us add-ons during any part of the whole transaction. Overall, an easy and pleasant transaction. It will be really nice once they finish their showroom upgrades.

Excellence at it's best!

Great place, we are glad to have a connection with this dealership. They just repaired our Buick Enclave. They had it in the body shop and in the service center. They did a wonderful job all around.
