Love our 2013 Camaro ZL-1 convertible

We have a very rare car thanks to Scott Moore, Joey Black, Roger and Adam Soper, and especially Cyndie Mynatt in Concord NC. My daughter had just bought a new Yukon and said her deal was incredible. She was treated with respect and not as a "dumb blonde". Our ZL-1 is a car to cherish for many years with our family. Now we also have a new GM dealership to send our friends and family to!

I love my new Cruze Eco!

I bought a new 2012 Cruze Eco from Ben Mynatt last weekk. The sales process was smooth, and my salesman Chris Cullen was very personable and low-pressure. They allowed me to take a couple cars home with me overnight to decide on which model I wanted. I chose the Cruze Eco. Since they did not have my particular color combination on the lot (Autumn exterior, titanium interior), they called and found one in the area and had if for me the day I was prepared to buy it. They did not charge me for this service nor did it require a deposit. By the time I arrived with my husband and kids, the car was detailed and ready to go. The whole staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied. I have already recommended this dealership to friends, and I will be back next time I need a new car!

PHENOMENAL experience

I have to say that I have never thought to put the words "fun" and "car buying experience" together in the same sentence until my experience with Ben Mynatt Chevrolet. That is in no small part due to the dedication of the sales team and, frankly, everyone I encountered, but particularly Ty Jaco and Chris Mauldin. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the overall experience from the first encounter to driving off the lot and have to say that I am enjoying my new 2013 Grand Sport Corvette very much. The car certainly sells itself, any Corvette addict such as myself knows this. However, the buying experience is entirely in the hands of all who touch the deal. I've never met a more genuinely friendly and approachable team than those at Ben Mynatt, and it's a nice change to exchange a little laughter during the process as well. As any experienced professional can tell you, the success of a company is reliant upon the quality and success of the people who work there. Ben Mynatt Chevrolet is doing it right! Finally got a trailblazer ss

All i have to say is this place is great. Great people great environment great facility. I was in the market for a trailblazer ss for awhile now. The salesman Ty Jaco helped me out alot. I would highly recommend Ty Jaco for anything trust me. Why Ty Jaco "because he went out of his way to get me in a rare hard to find trailblazer ss that is now sitting in the garage". Thanks ty Jaco now i have car payments. But this truck is awesome very happy!!!

Salesman Ty Jaco Thanks!!!!

Well I've been in the market trying to find a trailblazer ss for about 8 months now these vehicles are getting hard to find. I luck up and found one local. I called and spoke with Ty Jaco he was very helpful and answer all of my questions. I feel that the environment their was great buying process was easy and fast and they don't haggle or peer pressure you to buy like most dealerships. I would say if I was in the market for another vehicle I would highly drive another 1hr 30mins again. Thanks again Ty Jaco for putting me in this rare SUV that will sit in my garage hopefully it will be a collector!!! P.S. this thing drinks gas (Just Saying) but I love it.

Great Experience

I went to Ben Mynatt Chevrolet to purchase a quality used car. I went a few times before I found the best car for my needs. I was treated kindly with each visit, and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. At the end I got a great vehicle! I have to say it was a pleasant experience from walking in, all the way through finance and walking out with my keys! I could not be more pleased!

Low Class

Not sure what kind of outfit this place is, but I would steer clear. I called and talked with a salesperson about a vehicle around 11am, had them run my credit to get approval for financing, told them I was driving TWO HOURS from Columbia with TWO vehicles to trade. Already had money ready to buy the truck. Deal was done. About half way there, the salesperson called me to let me know they sold the truck. Then the salesperson had the nerve to call me back in about 10 minutes to see if I was interested in a NEW truck. Yeah, sure. I'll drive two hours past the other 60 Chevrolet dealers to get your new one. NO THANKS!! If that is how they treat customers, I'm glad I didn't buy from here.

Hey Chuck, we are truly sorry for the experience you felt you had with our dealership. We never want a customer to feel as though we sold the vehicle right out from underneath them. Of course, we did not have a chance to appraise either of your trade-ins, which is why you were bringing them to us from Columbia. And, conversely, we did not have an agreement on price other than the Internet price for the vehicle of interest that you inquired about. Unfortunately, when this happens the vehicle is not sold and we, like you, were simply awaiting your arrival so that we could hopefully work a deal out for you. When another customer came in and wanted to purchase the vehicle, we had no choice but to sell the vehicle since it was not sold at that time. We then called you immediately so that your time would not be wasted and the trip would not be in vain. The alternative of a special deal on a new vehicle was something we wanted to make available to you in appreciation for the opportunity to serve you. Anytime we can assist you in anyway, in the future, please contact us. We will always appreciate any opportunity to serve you.

BAD service

Could not even get waited on at this dealership. Two salesmen were chatting it up and never even spoke to me or asked if i needed help. They must not need to sell cars so dont bother going here !!
