This was my first time visiting the new stand alone Genesis dealership down the street from the previous Hyundai/Genesis dealership. The experience and customer service were night and day in comparison. Adam was professional and courteous along with the rest of the staff. At the previous dealership, it was a playground up to and including witnessing a profanity laced fight in front of the entire waiting room between a sales person giving a test drive with a potential customer and a porter that cut him off. I came in for routine maintenance as well as an inspection to a couple of issues I was continuing to have in which the old dealership could not supposedly find after numerous attempts with the other most likely caused by them when I had to return twice for a recall. Adam called a few hours later with a find and fix for both issues with no warranty coverage haggling. I've always loved my Genesis but I would NEVER go through the previous dealership no matter how many times they harassed me with daily calls, emails, and texts (true story). I absolutely will go through Aurora Genesis when I'm ready for a new one!

First time buyers, the process of buying a car was very stressful. But Jonathan Cielo was an amazing guy, he was very helpful to me and my husband. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He genuinely helped in everything he could to get our car. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to all the people I know. The only recommendation I could give to the whole company is to let new customers, or new buyers know what documents are needed, to finance a car, and that they need insurance in order to take a car that same day.
