Wh)e brought our Ford Focus (2017) in for service (oil change, light on in the dash. Something went wrong at the dealership. It has been almost two weeks with no car and getting hold of people to see how it is going has been impossible for my son who is working and impossible for me as well and I am not working. I would not at this time recommend Shakers Ford to anyone.

Wh)e brought our Ford Focus (2017) in for service (oil change, light on in the dash. Something went wrong at the dealership.
