They are very friendly when you try to make purchase, but once you say yes they change their attitude. Purchase process takes more than 5hours and kind of pushy. They promise they are going to clean the car before I take home, even though I mention please clean here and there, the dealer totally ignore what he promised.

After shopping for months, my husband and I finally found the perfect car at the perfect Dealership. We stopped in at Sakelaris Ford and Lincoln in Rolla where we were greeted and treated so nicely by "Pamela Anderson" and Denzel aka Jason. They were AWESOME!!! They helped us find the perfect vehicle to suite our families needs and at the right price too. I would recommend everyone to stop in Sakelaris Ford in Rolla, MO. Everyone is very friendly and ready to listen to all of your wants and needs, No Pressure!!! With the purchase of our vehicle they filled up our gas tank, detailed and washed our car, and gave us our first oil change for free. Jason Braham helped me out when I purchased a car from another dealership and ended up making a bad decision. He pointed out all the issues that were made during the deal. My husband and I just bought a 2015 Escape from Sakelaris Ford Lincoln of Rolla, Missouri. What can I say beyond the fact that it was an amazing experience. We were met by knowledgeable, personable and professional staff; chief among them car salesman Jim Foust. Jim is an amazing young man who was extremely helpful in our search for the right vehicle. His patience, humor and professionalism made the whole experience a joy. He answered all of our questions, and 'his' questions [in regards to our car needs] were a tremendous help in selecting the right car for us. The whole financing procedure was a joy, granted that might not be heard very often but it is the truth. It was done in a timely fashion and we were more than satisfied with the outcome. Loved the fact that Sakelaris Ford had such a variety of products, like the Extended Warranty we purchased. We were shown several plans and the plan we chose was explained fully........on top of being reasonably priced. We were equally impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the genial atmosphere that helped make our experience a positive one; we met a wide range of personnel while we were there and to a person we were impressed by this organization. We plan to purchase a new Ford truck in a few years and without a doubt, we plan to make that purchase from Sakelaris Ford!

I wasn't sure about shopping there under new ownership but we decided to give them a try, we have been doing business there for years as Denny Ford. We went to see Luc it is always great to work with. if he doesn't have what you want he will find it for you. We trust him to take care of us and he always has. That's why we specifically went there to see him when we decided to trade our explorer in. I hope to be able to do business with him again in the future.

Luc Burns was excellent. After showing me the 2012 Ford Fusion SEL, I came in the next day, and even though he was off, he came right in, that is even after working another job overnight protecting others. Luc is a great asset to the Sakelaris Team. This was my eight Ford product and I can't think anywhere else I would ever go for my ninth!

We traded cars at Sakelaris Ford and the experience was excellent. The sales personnel was friendly, helpful, did not make you feel like your trade in was a piece of junk. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Not your usual experience when trading cars! We live several miles from Rolla so we called to check the availability, the call was answered promptly and we were connected to Jim Foust, sales. He treated us like he had known us all his life . He didn't pressure us in any way, very open to our needs and even programed the blue tooth for us! I would highly recommend Jim to deal with. Brice in finance was very nice as well, made it very quick and simple. I would trade at Sakelaris Ford again, no questions.....all our family and fiends will hear about what a good experience we had, and we know alot of Ford people!
