I took my 2021 ford f150 to program steering rack they

I took my 2021 ford f150 to program steering rack they they called me. Their computer was down and they said we tried to program and know if we can do it and then when I come get my truck all my lights came back on everything when I took to the other guy and they said they burned the computer for the camera. My camera stopped working. Nothing was working after them. I will never go back to this Ford dealer in Sedalia never deal again

Good Folks

We were treated very well and got a good deal on our new car. We felt our trade in was fair. Very nice people to work with all around.

Routine oil change

Called to get my car in for a routine oil change. They are always very accommodating to my schedule, got me in quickly and even had time to change out a headlight.

Great service and on time!

Got a recall notice so I made an appointment for an oil change at the a sms time. Great service and even good prices. I paid less for the oil change and tire rotation than some places charge for just the oil change. And they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff just to increase the ticket price. Very friendly and competent. Got the truck in when they said they would and called when done.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

They have a really great service department. The employees are friendly and helpful. Also they have a spacious and clean waiting area with coffee and sodas while you wait.

Great service department

For major or even moderate repairs, I always take my vehicles to a dealer. I know I pay more but they are professionals who have the factory specs and don’t cut corners or shouldn’t. I’ve had to have my older ford truck serviced twice in the last year and took it to Rick Ball. Both times the service has been perfect. Last service the cost was cheaper than I was quoted by a lot which tells me they’re honest. My truck is back in action and ready for another 200,000 miles. I’m very happy and will be back to look at newer cars there in the future just based on my experience with their service department. Thanks.

Disappointed

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Rick Ball Ford in January 2022. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and because the electric seat motor was squealing. The oil change was done, but was a little disappointed in the results. They checked everything including the tires, tread depth but did not check the air pressure in the tires. Three were close in air pressure but one was low. Also, they could not fix the squealing in the seat motor and I actually have to take it to a Nissan dealership because it is still under warranty. So I feel like I could have taken it anywhere and gotten the same results as I did here.
