Shame on you

For all the ladies who just try to do it on your own, hope your all wiser than i was....Just wanted a all wheel drive. How stupid i feel that i let them sell me a front wheel drive when they lead me to believe it was what i needed... i just wanted a plain all wheel drive new escape. Wow good salesman , didnt want leather and all the fancy bells and whistles but thats what i got talked into, traded in my awesome front wheel drive car to feel safer in a all wheel drive, it didnt happen

Victor Moulakis deserves a standing ovation

Victor brings a whole new/older way of shopping, for a used vehicle, that makes the experience a total pleasure. Not only did we discuss buying a vehicle, but reminiscing about past automotive history, really made this experience special. I never thought that buying a vehicle, could be so enjoyable, but Victor made it possible. He took his time, to explain every option the vehicle has, and he also made the buying process, as stress free as possible. His dedication to customer satisfaction, is well above what I even expected, so please request his service when looking to purchase a vehicle. You won't be disappointed at all. AWSOME!!!

Go see Mike Brotzman at Ray price he was very helpful through the whole process. Very accommodating and welcoming no pressure and made deal go smoothly no hassle. Got my second car from Ray price yesterday and will go back again my next purchase.

Lincoln Nautilus

All aspects of purchasing my new Lincoln Nautilus were very positive. Very professional customer service department and salesman Mike Brotzman was wonderful and made the entire experience smooth and positive. Beautiful facilities!

warranty work plus

I just want to say the service department is a joke. It took 3 hours for an inspection with only 2 other cars in the garage. They demanded I had to take the Tint off my front window because it was an 1" Barlow the line, even though I expained it was a doctor recommendation and I'm short too. I agreed finally and they left with my car to the Honda garage, their techs couldn't take it off..REALLY??! then the front window moulding blew off on my way home. They said not their problem, pay to get it fixed . the car is only 2 years old. A different day on warranty work it took 2 months for the part and didn't fix the issue anyway. They said there wasn't any other issue maybe I needed to learn how to drive a clutch... What? I have been driving standards for 30 years ! I took the car to another dealer. The transmission mount was in pieces(a factory defect they said) and from driving it 2 years like that cracked (?) the motor mount ...and Ray Price couldn't see ANY of that !!!?? Beware !

xxxxxx·bags beware

Thought this dealer was good but sold me a lemon for 26,500 and after a month and a half of back and forth problems I asked to get swapped out and they only wanted to give me trade in value which Was 3k less than what I paid for after constant arguing I decided to take the trade in value and swap and leave beware the managers are dush bags. The only good part of the dealer are jay the salesperson and the girls who pick up the phone in the service department they tried to help me well and beyond there expectations

Bad experience

I emailed the dealer with simple question about a vehicle, but all I got was sales pitches and info I didn't want or request. They never did answer the simple question, but the persisted in sending me more sales pitch emails despite me repeatedly asking them not to contact me anymore. Maybe I got one bad sales rep at an otherwise great dealer, but I will never buy anything from them if this is the way they treat customers.
