Customer service is poor

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. They tried to charge for warranty work.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

HORRIBLE customer service. They wont assist with anything! Everyone that you need to talk with to escalate an issue is either "away" or "very hard to reach". I will NEVER purchase any vehicle from Permian Motor Group (Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, Nissan) and will definitely never purchase a Ford again.

Why I like my local dealer

Michael Nance answered all of my questions. Jeff Curtis, the mechanic, came out and explained why he recommended changing my brake pads. Didn't just talk about but actually showed me what the wear indicators were. Great job guys.

My Ford Fusion care at Permian Ford

This time I only came in for an oil change and they were quick and very courteous. I also received an email for a free oil change because I was a gold member and I accidently deleted it. Is it possible you could send another one, I sure would appreciate it. Thank you for your excellent service.
