I’m writing to express my deep concern and disappointment

I’m writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent issue with my vehicle an issue that has left me not only frustrated, but questioning the value and integrity of the maintenance and protection plans I’ve trusted through Livermore Ford. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, having purchased and diligently maintained two vehicles through this dealership. I’ve also invested in both maintenance packages and extended warranties for peace of mind—believing that this would ensure proper care and protection for my vehicle. In December 2024, during routine maintenance at their service department, the brakes and calipers were marked “green”—indicating no cause for concern. Fast forward to April 4, 2025, I found myself paying $2,145.49 out-of-pocket to replace pads, calipers, and warped rotors—issues that, based on the December inspection, should never have escalated to this point if properly assessed. To add insult to injury, I was informed that neither my protective plan nor my maintenance package covered the necessary repairs. At this point, I can’t help but feel scammed. Not just by the fine print of the protection plan, but by the apparent failure in the service department’s December inspection—a failure that now costs me dearly. EDIT Thank you for the reply Mr. Rios, I have been trying to contact you since last week. Please reply to my emails or take my phone calls.
