New truck, problems with service

We were at the end of a lease period and decided to purchase a new vehicle rather than our leased. Over all we are happy with ford products. The truck we purchased, was to have a tow package installed when we picked it up. The package was not installed at pick up. It will take 6 weeks for a service appointment for installation. We also purchased rust and interior protection, which was not completed upon pick up, another service appointment was needed. There is a clunking sound under the truck when we drive over a speed bump or reverse. Again, this was supposed to be checked out when the truck underwent rust proofing. It was not dealt with. We are worried that this is a serious problem, we have talked with our sales person and have tried to contact the service dept. No response from the service department. We understand that there is a shortage of workers, yet, this is a new truck with 200 miles on it. I feel there is lack of clear communication at times with the dealership

Worst service I’ve ever experienced

Got promised a lot of things and all they did was lie just to get a sale I would have given them a zero star but I had to put something very disappointing
