2018 Ford Edge

We received a call from Hixson, asking about our Explorer and a possible trade. We went in told the Salesman Rick what we were looking for, within 45 minutes we where headed in the right direction. We went home and about 2 hours later they found the SUV we wanted and we closed the deal the following day. The time from start to finish was no more than 2 hours....and that was due to a previous customer completing their paperwork. The sales / Finance teams work hard and fast to make this happen. We are very happy with the experience and the Ford Edge we purchased. Thanks again Rick, you made it happen for us.

PITIFUL SERVICE DEPARTMENT

UPDATE: After my review yesterday I went back to pick up my truck and due to the fact that I expressed my views in the form of an online review they handed me my keys and said they would not work on my truck. This is the most immature, incompetent organization I have come across for vehicle repair. I would highly suggest the military community stay away as HFD because obviously they can't run a reputable organization. Do not use their service department. I can't speak for sales but their service department wouldn't be able to diagnose a nail in the tire if they tried. I put my truck in there and outlined the issues and they didn't fix one. Unreal, how incompetent can one service department be. xxxx the first time I took it in I took them for a ride and let them listen.

2017 Expedition

Justin (sales consultant) and John (sales manager) were great, helped me out to get the vehicle I wanted for a great deal on both my new vehicle and my trade in.

Ford Escape

Went to Hixson first then checked at 4 other dealers to make sure I was getting the best deal, ended up going back to Hixon and buying my Escape.

Purchase of 2017 Super Duty KIng Ranch

Friendly professional staff, I actually got more for my trade-in than I expected,( A first for me). They were easy to deal with, no high pressure sales tactics. Also they had exactly what I was looking for.
