I have been trying to cancel my warranty on my vehicle...

I have been trying to cancel my warranty on my vehicle for the past few weeks and I have been brushed off to the side constantly. After providing all of the necessary documents, I was not told how much my refund would be and how long it would take. My vehicle doesn't have a lien holder and I was told that it would take two months to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I cancelled my warranty at a different dealership, it only took a week to wrap it up entirely. It seems like no one there even remotely cares about customer service at all. Absolutely horrible experience.

worse customer service ever!

Absolutely the worst customer service coming from everyone within one year of purchasing my vehicle I am having component issues in two different areas of my car you would think they would at least complimentary look at it the problem, instead they wanna charge me 300 to run diagnostic with no guarantee they would fix the problem. And I purchased the extended warranty! I took my car to Sanger Chevrolet and they said they would look at the issue and let me know if my extended warranty would cover the issue. Thank You Sanger Chevrolet Never go to Selma Farhney Ford!!!!!!!

Chris helped me get the car I wanted with less payment...

Chris helped me get the car I wanted with less payment then other dealerships. I am very happy with my car and the experience at Farney Ford.

After the sale everything went sidways. They did not...

After the sale everything went sidways. They did not give me any information as to who the lending company was, and when I called days before the payment was due they just told me to watch the mail i would recieve everything then. Nothing showed up. I had to drive to the dealership to get a 800 number to call and find out who the company was. then i was charged late fees and penalties for a late payment. then to top it off i realized my temporary plates expire tomorrow and i have got nothing from the DMV. i called the dealer and they told me the plates where sent to them. they didnt even call to let me know, they were just going to let me drive around with expired plates.

New truck

The sales men Mauricio Chavez was pointing polite, helpful all the while not pushy. I had a very good experience and thank him for helping me.

Worst experience ever

If I could give a no star review I would. I went to look at their pre own inventory I found nothing that intrested me, the sales person was trying to talk me into a truck I didn't want he called over a manager which continued to try and talk me into the truck.. At that point the manager threw out some prices and told me to take a test drive after the test drive I went into the offices where we would talk about financing..when in the office another manager comes over and said they wouldn't be able to honor the price they told me for the truck...they simply backed out of a deal they made..keep in mind they pushed me in to the truck then when it came down to it they weaseled out of the deal they put together.. this is the First and last time I will be going to this dealer.. their word means nothing to the customer...do not make the mistake I made and stop there when there are so many other dealers. With honest employees. Biggest waste of time. They should be awarded 2018 most dishonest dealer of the year.

Service department

I brought my F150 for repair I was told it was a fuel pump well it took over a week for them to fix it I tried to be civilized and give them the benefit of the doubt I also requested them to do an oil change I go pick my truck after they told me it was done I checked the oil to make sure they changed and I coul swear that the oil was the same as before The oil filter didn't look new either so I went to talk to the technician I he told me he watched them doit I think it's a load of xxxxxxxxx you guys lost my business and all the people that I know good bye

"This is the price take it or leave it "

Sales needs help over the phone was told they had the truck for a while and were motivated to sell it When I arrived it was sticker price + and when I asked why I was told that over the phone I was told "This is the price take it or leave it " We walked
