I returned to Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside to purchase a vehicle because I was so pleased with my experience with my first purchase. I was always treated with respect in a courteous and professional manner by both sales and service personnel. My requests for service were always honored when it was possible. My sales person, Derek, with my recent purchase of a Jaguar F-Type was extremely helpful. My vehicle had to be ordered and Derek kept me informed multiple times of the progress of the assembly and shipping process. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the operation of the vehicle. He gave me an excellent, thorough orientation to the vehicle upon delivery. This has been an overall great experience.
