Very nice helpful people

Ford F-150 Ecoboost

This pickup has been a joy to own. I bought it to pull a trailer but enjoy just driving it for the comfort and quiet. Doenges service as well Doenges body shop is top notch. Very thorough and courteous.

Service on a ford

The Service Departments is terrible they all run around like chicken with their heads cut off nobody know what they are doing. I feel they have a lack of communication and its a free fall poor,management leads to poor workers,

New Toyota Highlander

This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I drove to Bartlesville to check out Doenges Toyota. They had the exact Highlander I was looking for. I felt they gave me their best price from the very beginning. Thankfully there was no back and forth and no pressure to purchase! I was sold and went home in my new Highlander! Thank you to Rob and his staff for making my car purchase a pleasant experience!

Amazing customer service and a wealth of knowledge....

Doenges service department is staffed with very knowledgeable people. And Olivia in sales is a class act when it comes to customer service and putting the customer first. I would highly recommend Doenges to not only friends but to my closest family members.

I was deceived by the sales staff!

We are looking for a vehicle for our daughter. We are having to look in a pretty long radius from Lubbock and found exactly what she was wanting at this dealership which is 8 hours drive. Luckily my brother lives just 45 miles from the store so I asked if he could test drive it for us to let us know if there was anything wrong that I needed to be aware of before driving that far. We found this truck on Cars.com for 14,500. When he arrived, they told him they ?just found out? the truck needed $2000 in various repairs and that the truck had been on its way to the action the day before. During my brother?s test drive and inspection he confirmed there were issues that needed to be addressed. Upon returning to the dealership he was told the dealership would be willing to split the cost of the repairs and pay $1000 if we paid the other $1000 and that the price would be $16,500. My brother was not aware that the listed price was $14,500 so when he told me of the deal they were willing to make with us, I was confused. Then I went back to the web site and saw that the price has been raised to $15,500!!! This happened during my brother?s test drive!!! When I called my sales person (Roxy) and offered to take them up on the deal to split the cost of the repairs and to pay $1,000 more than the ORIGINAL listed price of $14,500, for a total price of $15,500, I was told they would not accept that because they would be losing too much money and the price was $16,500. I asked for my $500 deposit back and ?walked away?. I don?t know about you but that was a dirty trick to raise the price of the truck during the test drive and then offer to split the cost of repairs! The folks at this dealership cannot be trusted! That was just underhanded and dishonest! I?m trying to find a safe, realiable vehicle for our daughter and I expected to be treated fairly.

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry that you do not feel you were treated fairly during your recent visit to the dealership. The truth is the vehicle was an older high mileage vehicle and it was sent to the auction for sale and retrieved when you inquired about it. We had decided not to do the work required to make it "retail worthy" on our lot. Normally, we would have taken it offline when that decision was made but that did not happen in this case. As an older vehicle that does not qualify for our Dealer Warranty, it was available and listed at the price advertised on an "as/is" basis. When we were discussing additional repairs with your brother, we were negotiating additional work we would recommend for the vehicle. We believe we were truly trying to be transparent and honest about the condition of the vehicle. Good luck in your search for a vehicle for your daughter.

Professional, best customer service around!

The service center at Doenges is the best in Bartlesville! Andrew is always available to accurately diagnose any issues and get the service scheduled quickly for repair. Hes attentive to detail and customer needs! I ask for him each visit but all associates are great! 👍

F250 Ranch King

Great experience today at Doenges. I took home a beautiful truck and the staff at the dealership took excellent care of me. I would recommend the Doenges team. 😊

We Love Our Truck!

My wife and I drove from Tulsa after hours and their team went above and beyond taking care of us buying a pre-owned 2015 F-150. We are so blessed and thankful for this opportunity.
