Doan Ford

I recently stopped by to get an estimate on my mother's car. I arrived at about 5 till one as I've been to the body shop several times over the years but fortunately I have not needed anything over the last few years. I tried to go into office but door was locked. I knocked on the door and seen a lady at her desk and another person at the other desk. They just ignored me. I have had the shop paint doors for my home, always took time to see I was taken care of. Not sure who is running your body shop now as I see Ron and Billy are gone from reading the reviews below and my own personal experience. I will not be back until you get professional office management! Maybe call Mr. Lucas and Mr. Porter back. Looks like you need to!

I recently had an accident and brought my car for an estimate. The body shop people were very rude and did do an estimate. They said I would have to wait for the insurance company to give them approval for repair.they called that day.they have not called to get my car fixed ,I'm still driving it.the exhaust was broken.now I get fumes in my car and the exhaust is hanging and ready to fall of.i have to spend my money to fix it till they get it in to do the other repair.

Doan Ford, I echo Paul Ferguson's review. I have used your body shop many, many times and was always treated with respect from the office staff. Ron and Billy went out of their way to always accommodate any question I had. The current personnel in the body shop has absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Please update us when you replace the current body shop office personnel as I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Took my Escape in for service four times. Still not fixed. Service manager has a complete lack of knowledge of how to repair the vehicles the sell. He does not return phone calls nor does the general manager.

When looking for an s.u.v. I was politely greeted by the salesman and did not pressure me in any way and answered all questions in detail. Very knowledgeable in the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. This is the number one reason I bought my vehicle here due to no pressure in sales. The service department is fantastic as well! I take my vehicle in for oil changes and the cost is very reasonable and completed in minimal time :) From the salesman to the finance department to service department and receptionist are all very courteous and professional. I won't go anywhere else....period.

I am giving a 3 star rating because the work done to my vehicle was top notch but Doan Ford what has happened to the service from the body shop office?! I have had prior work done many times through the years at Doan Ford Body Shop. They do fantastic work but as a loyal customer I will not be back after the inappropriate treatment to myself and wife by the current office personnel.

Great service. I have always had my car serviced here since I bought it.

Replaced tires at 45,000 miles. Got a fair price with lifetime rotation. I do all my maintenance at Doan Ford.

Chris and Bryan have always been very helpful. Love the service center
