Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power
Took my 2019 F150 which at the time was still under power train warranty for a rear main leak. They told me it was a valve cover gasket leaking and getting on rear main. They supposedly changed this gasket and said all leaks are fixed. Took truck back two weeks later because of oil on my rear main and they told me it was residual from the valve cover gasket. Now I’m out of warranty and guess what? Rear main has oil on it again. I was pretty certain it was rear main and told them that’s what it was. Seems to me like they refused to fix the problem and now I’m stuck. Thanks for not fixing the problem

You suck
I bought a ford fusion 2011 sel from this dealership. I needed help because the car was in need of help and I assumed that ford dealership was my best option..I was wrong the first sales person, walked off screaming that I should just take the car and leave, the mechanic told me to haul the car that I just hauled there back home, just to haul it again, later that week. Then I heard about how the sales department does not make decisions for the service department, thats why they have a wall between them! Hmmm. So then when I actually leave my car, I get a call from the service department, says they have to cut off my drive shaft, before they can decide if my transmission is good, tells me 300 for shaft..2 days later I get a call, ok, so it's over 1, 000 7 hours work, plus the 300,. At what point did you tell me I was paying for 7 hours..you didn't! So now my car has the drive shaft cut out, just so you can diagnose it? Then you tell me total is 6,300! Lol8
