AJ is the Nicest Man to be selling cars,he is a no pressure salesman. I really took my time and he was so patient when I bought my Jeep a week later. He is really quite the instructor too.I would send anyone to him and feel comfortable.Thank you Chapman for having a really genuine guy now please bring back the kitchen 😉

I've been a big fan of Chapman Ford Horsham for years, the service department is easy to worth with, Larisa recently provided great service and is great to work with.

This dealership is dishonest and should be shut down permanently. Unfortunately, the law does not allow us to recoup our losses against car dealerships. These people will just have to live with the fact that they are less than human.

AJ did everything in his power to make my deal work and it turned out to be a very pleasant 1 hour experience.

Aj was my salesman, everything was ok. the paperwork went fine. the deal was running boards to be installed after the sale, which took 5days. while i was waiting for them. i called about there was no owners manual. they told me they dont come with one. lies, uri told me he would look into it and call me back. never called back. as far as being detailed when i picked it up.the car, not clean back windows never touched , when i picked up car today still no word on owners manual, the car was bought in canada so it was in french, you would thing when you guys put a car on a lot to sell, i would think you check make sure everything is there to sell. owners manual. im paying alot of money for that car. pretty sad.
