Great service, would not go anywhere else.

Great service, would not go anywhere else. Alfredo always takes great care of me.. He warns me about posable repairs I will need next time so I have time to save up for it. The man cares.

Ordered a ford maverick over a year ago for their promo

Ordered a ford maverick over a year ago for their promo 4% under invoice as advertised .Was told i could do a courtesy drop to my local dealership which was over 1300 miles away as I was purchasing from another state .That i would have pre pay shipping after the truck was built .Just find a local ford dealer that would do the courtesy drop for $500.This way for d could deliver the truck to my local ford dealership .They failed to mention early in the process that they need the dealer code before the truck was built or i would have to come and get it .I suspect they pulled this to get as many allocations as possible so they could steal peoples orders to sell at a high inflated market adjust of $5,000 to $10,000 over msrp.They told me I could come and get it knowing i wouldn't .I m not going to waste over $2,000 and 24 hours on the road to go a retrieve a truck .that would pointless as it just eras up the 4% under invoice saving .So they stole my ford maverick truck order .They were reported to ford for bad business practices .

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and 60,000 mile

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and 60,000 mile service. It was suggested that I should get an inspection since it was almost due. The technician walked me through the issues with my car (just regular wear and tear) via a video. I felt informed and road ready. Alfredo was great, as usual.

Alfredo and Alan of Chapman Jeep are the epitome of excellence! They got my Jeep repaired earlier than expected and just before Christmas, amazing!

I would not recommend this dealership as they are not

I would not recommend this dealership as they are not honest. Between the time I agreed to purchase the car (on a weekend) and the Monday I delivered the check to pick it up, there was a piece of trim missing. They refused to replace it and finally one guy asked if they sent me the piece and I put it on myself if that would be good. I agreed and have had no contact with them at all since. They also told me they would have the tank full when I picked it up. It was less than 1/4 tank. None of this is going to cause me to go broke or ruin my day but it's the attention to detail and actual focus on the customer that is lacking. All you are here is a mark to make money from - and there are better dealers in the area so I would recommend going elsewhere.

I was an out of state buyer.

I was an out of state buyer. The price posted on their internet site was the price I paid for my care. Joe Tabor took care of my purchase from start to shipment. He also took care of the finance when my credit union would not fund an out of state car purchase. I never imagined I would buy such an expensive car without ever seeing it, touching it or driving it. But I have my Challenger, it is perfect in every way, and I am grateful for Joe's work.

I never have any problems when I get my Jeep serviced at Chapman. I’m in and out at a reasonable time. Service Writer Alfredo is awesome, always a nice guy to deal with .

I purchased my new truck from this dealership and waited

I purchased my new truck from this dealership and waited approximately 8-9 months from order date to pickup date. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is they honored 4% below invoice; however, they would not honor Price Protection that Ford automatically gives. What they do is receive the money from Ford after they sell you your vehicle. My guess is to offset the costs they lose from the 4% off invoice. The other reason they offer 4% below invoice, which they were open about, is to increase monthly allotments from Ford. The fact that they tell you they will not honor Price Protection but still collect the money from Ford is a very shady practice! The main reason I am giving this such a low rating is mainly due to the unprofessionalism that their Sales Manager, John C, gives to their customers. After being berated by him on the phone for approx 15 mins, he finally apologized after he realized how poorly he was speaking to me. My buddy, who was listening to the conversation, couldn't even believe how he spoke to me. Long story short (without the curse words) he was telling me that I can either do it on his time and their way or I could pack sand and wait another 9 months at another dealership to get my truck. He also goes on to tell me that he can't wait to retire after 40 years because of customers like me. I have never been treated in such a poor manner as I had by their Sales Manager. All I wanted to do was pick up my truck that had been sitting on their lot for 2 weeks, after patiently waiting 8 months. He should be fired or retire, ASAP! Also, after picking up my truck, I noticed a bunch of black spots throughout the truck. My truck is Silver. They told me they detailed it, which it was obvious they did not. The 4% is not worth the headache. I spoke to a few other guys on FB group chat that stated that had a similar experience at this dealership and issues with the same sales manager. This dealership lacks professionalism and lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
