Such a helpful and welcoming place!

Such a helpful and welcoming place! Everyone is so kind and seems to have your best interest at heart. Everyone was very easy to work with, and I enjoyed my experience, as it was very clean to get paperwork done and move along. I would like to specially recognize these people who I worked with and were absolutely fantastic! Thank you to Will! Thank you to Kyle in financing! Thank you to Joanne for helping with the loose ends after purchase and being so sweet doing that.

I always felt uncomfortable going to a car dealership by myself. From the first email to the final signature everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgable. They also put me at ease and fully answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership!

After going to Chapman Ford in the Northeast 3 times just

After going to Chapman Ford in the Northeast 3 times just to be disappointed, my Husband and I were reluctant to go to another Chapman Ford dealership. However going to Chapman Ford in Horsham turned out to be the BEST DECISION we made. The Customer Service the Salesmen in the Horsham office was 1000% better than the Northeast. My Husband and I knew exactly what we wanted and Frank Streff and his team made sure they did what ever was needed to deliver. If you're ever in the market for a new vehicle stop by Chapman Ford of Horsham and give Frank Streff a visit. Oh did I mention they sent a Uber to pick my husband and I up to pick our new vehicle up💞

Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!! Service representative Joanne at Chapman Dodge in Horsham provided exceptional service. Noticed immediately when greeting me at my car that my inspection was overdue and even though I was waiting, made sure the could take care of it while I was there. She was exceptional at keeping me informed and clearly explained things from the inspection video I didn't understand.

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. We have full confidence in recommending Chapman Ford of Horsham to friends and family, knowing that they will receive the same outstanding service that we have experienced firsthand.
