Well here I am again - just looking for the right words to describe my favorite new car dealership. It really is interesting how you guys just blow away the Ford Dealership in my home town. I keep trying to figure out how it is that they are able to stay in business when you guys are the competition!!

We purchased a used vehicle from Brinson ford in Athens.
We purchased a used vehicle from Brinson ford in Athens. We were told, all prior issues (truck not starting in the rain) were fixed; in fact “I wouldn’t sell you anything that doesn’t work” is what I was told. Had it 2 weeks AND truck not starting in the rain! (Keep in mind I have paperwork that says they fixed it prior to us buying) Now it’s been in the shop 1 week they can’t find the issue. We tried to get a loner, they told us to come get it…. Drove an hour, got there, turns out we don’t qualify. They can’t find the issue with the truck and want us to just take it home. I have escalated the issue to the manager Alex did no good in fact, he is an xxx. I’ll just say it. Gm Richard he took me to service center and pawned me off on them and disappeared. But was sure to say, “we will stand behind it, we will make it right” when I inquired what does that mean he shuddered and said service isn’t finished looking for the issue. Yet service is sending me home with the kids and told me they can’t find the issue. So I made Richard talk to service and they told him the same thing. We can’t find the problem so they can take it. Richard just disappeared So now I have a truck that can’t get wet or it won’t start. Dealership doesn’t know what to do. But they sure knew how to cash my down payment check. I want my money back and I want them to take this xxx back. I have a newborn I can’t have a truck that can’t get wet. Richard this is no way to treat people. Sell them a car with problems you can’t fix and step into offices closing the doors and running away. Just give us our money back take the truck I’ll go buy somewhere else.

excellent service, the only issue that wasn't fixed was a
