Experience was outstanding.

Looked on-line and was connected with Randy. He called me, after researching some of the stock numbers that I provided. We discussed some of the current new and used vehicles. Made an appointment with him for next day and we did test drives and then discussed options, features, sales numbers, trade-in amount and settled on a price that I was comfortable with. Had a very pleasant experience and I will pick up my new Ford Truck on Saturday.

Great dealership

I went to trade in my vehicle for a new one. I had already found a truck that fit my needs on their website. They gave me a fair trade. I was in and out within 3 hours, including a test drive. Gary was very helpful in meeting my needs, financially. He really did everything he could to make it happen. The owner, Bill Howell, even called me a couple days later to see if I was satisfied. If you make a purchase with them you will see customer service is very important.

My husband and I purchased our last two vehicles from Randy. Both times the experience has been incredible. Randy truly listened to what we needed and worked with us to get the best deal possible. We have a little one on the way so cost and quality were huge for us...we drove off in exactly what we needed for our growing family. I would recommend Randy to friends and family. I never write reviews but wanted to take a few minutes to say how happy we are with the service we have recieved time and again.

Great Experience

I was referred to this dealership with a high personal recommendation. I was not disappointed. They were fair with me in every way. Moving as fast as possible and got me on my way in exactly what I wanted in feeling very positive about the whole interaction.

Expedition Purchase

After checking Cars.com for the model and options we wanted, we narrowed our Expedition list to three and emailed the 3 dealers. Billy Howell Ford responded in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. Although slightly disappointed that some "features" listed were mistaken and/or omitted, a phone call to Gary LaDue answered our primary concerns. Afterwards, we made the 5-hours trip to Cumming, Georgia. The experience at Billy Howell Ford was satisfactory. The "staff" appeared short-handed, and it took a long time to finalize the negotiations and purchasing process. This was made less annoying by the friendliness of the folks and the comfortable facilities. (Plus, we really wanted this car!) We especially appreciated Mickey Kennedy and Dudley Bentle. It seemed they were doing the best they could, given their situation of several customers and too few employees. We left there and headed home with a feeling that we got a fair deal, and with an appreciation of Mickey for his "after-purchase" assistance and continued friendliness. We will definitely check with this dealership the next time we decide to make another auto purchase. And we will recommend this dealership to others, assuming the time issue was not a normal situation.

Great New Car Buying Experience

Having owned dozens of new cars over the years, I have to say that this was by far the best New Car buying experience I've ever had. I feel lucky to have connected with Billy Howell Ford and the associates who run the business. My salesperson, Randy Mankovitch, was polite, professional and most of all, low key. It was an entirely enjoyable experience. I will definitely be recommending him and his dealership to others, as well as looking at them for my future purchases.

Bill Howell Ford - Gary LaDue & Mike Gorham

My husband and I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past from NY which was a miserable experience, purchasing my vehicle from Gary LaDue and Mike Gorham was an amazing and painless experience. Gary & Mike showed us all our options, drove us to see each vehicle since I was undecided as to what I wanted, and both Gary & Mike were extremely patient. Gary & Mike worked so hard to get everything I wanted on my vehicle and within my price range. Gary & Mike performed well over what I was expecting. I would 100% without a doubt recommend anyone remotely thinking of a purchase to go see both Gary & Mike. My husband & I look forward to another purchase soon and can tell you that both Gary & Mike will be seeing us within 6 months. Great Experience

Randy was wonderful with helping my husband and I find a car in the price range we wanted. He made sure that all our questions were answered. Randy went out of his way to make sure anything that needed was taken care of(from an extra key-less remote to touch up paint). I would recommend Randy to anyone looking for a new or used car!!
