I have a 2017 Escape. It was serviced as requested. An issue with both headlights was noticed by the service manager, who ordered both new headlights and replaced them under the warranty. Both headlights had something that looked like cracks from the inside. The new ones look great. Thanks for repairing them.

Too many excuses...

After turning me down 3 times for the 3 Takata Airbag Recalls on my van, we took our van to where we bought it in Tupelo and were given a loaner car. The van was ready and the Recalls were performed, and we had our van back in less than 24 hours. Now, given that your network and a hurricane were involved, we still wondered why your establishment didn't even order the parts and have them in stock before we made the trip to Belk 3 times and given excuses for not getting the Recalls done. That is what concerns me, and why we called Tupelo and got right in, without the typical 2 week delay in service at Belk. Every appointment we have ever set up, has been a 2 week delay in EVERY Service requested. No loaner offered, and never less than 2 weeks before we can bring the van in for SCHEDULED service. Too many delays, and too many excuses.

Car Wash Please...

Pam is the greatest...She has a customer service spirit. The only thing I could say that is needed is free car washes for our cars. Other dealerships do this? what is loyalty worth? Also, the facility is a little run down and out dated.

Exceptional service!

T. J. Hemphill came and picked up my car, took it back to be serviced, then brought it back to me. He absolutely refused to let me give him a tip. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and I certainly appreciate it, as I am not able to sit there while it's being serviced.

Cleanelless and kindness for a oil change

You done everything nicely and got me in and out. I have Ford Escape 2015 and could not ask for any more kindness than I received.
