Aiken was easy to work with, I bought from out of state and was able to do all business over wire and take speedy delivery of the vehicle. There was a couple of flaws withe vehicle I purchased, my sales agent was quick to help get the issues solved at no cost to me.

Akins always does a good job, very courteous and professional. I love the Christian atmosphere they provide, that’s why I drive 50 miles to their place.

I have always respected Akins and I have purchased 3 cars there over the years. The ladies who answer the phone are very courteous, however my recent experience with their service dept has not been ideal. The communication from my service writer has been terrible. I was told he would keep me updated, but that did not happen. I have had to call numerous times to get updates, and he never contacted me to tell my truck was ready. I found that out on my own. I am disappointed in the service I received. EVERYTIME I tried to call him, I got his voice mail. I questioned in my mind, does he really work there!!

courteous, helpful folks that are easy to do business with. Wish I lived closer to the dealership.
