This place is very Shisetee I will NEVER recommend this

This place is very Shisetee I will NEVER recommend this place to NOBODY, this place will let you down AND STRAIGHT OUT LIE TO YOUR FACE. Its no wonder they CANT SELL CARS. I was set up for an appointment for a car and 15min before Im on way I get a text "Good Afternoon, Sorry for the late text but they have let me know that the 2017 Guilia TI. Is no longer available" I was xxx with 5k in my pocket for a put down. Yea this place gave me a bad feeling from the get go but because I saw the car I really wanted I gave it a shot,, Yea I guess the best thing that happened is that I didn't give those Shisters my money. They really need to learn the times we are in with inflation rising cost of living whatnot, not everybody has 5k+ to put down on a car ESPECIALLY NOWADAYS. The salesperson who treated me was real nice young kid he was being lead by the @$$holes above him WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE. Hey TODD You should visit your Danbury Branch and FIRE some worthless xxx. ESPECIALLY the Sales Manager.

Let me first start off by saying this was the best

Let me first start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ever. I called late on a Saturday right before they were closing. I spoke to Angel and Rob who were as professional as they come. We came to a deal within 30 mins. I texted all of my information and the deal was done. Since I live about 3 hours away I said I could come next weekend to pick it up. Throughout the week there was constant communication from Rob making sure everything was set for when I came in. Next Saturday rolled around and I was instantly greeted in the parking lot by Rob and Reese. They immediately looked over my trade in, took pictures and took me inside to see my new car. It was freshly detailed and ready for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. I took the car for a quick spin and came back to the dealership. Brian had all of my paper work ready for the finance portion. We went over the rate, the terms, my trade in value in full detail. Brian was very thorough and went over everything. I might add that there were no hidden fees, no additional charges, no surprises. The deal that was given over the phone was the deal that was promised. Even the value of my trade in was honored. When discussing add ons and warranties Brian wasn’t pushy or relentless like other experiences I’ve had buying previous vehicles elsewhere. I ultimately ended up sticking with the certified preowned program and signed the paperwork. That was it. I was the new owner of a 2022 Stelvio. Rob and Reese took hooked my phone up and went through all of the settings and modes the vehicle had to offer. I left the dealership within 2 hours. Anyone that has ever bought a car knows that’s insane. And before we left Rob mentioned that someone had called the next day that they were open and wanted to buy the car. They could have tried to sell it to someone for a few extra bucks but they kept their word. Which was really appreciated. My dad was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty from everyone involved that he’s now in the market for a Stelvio. And we will be back to Todd Alfa to make another purchase. Angel, Rob, Reese and Brian thank you so much for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience. We will see you soon.

This is the worst dealership that I have had to deal

This is the worst dealership that I have had to deal with, I made a offer on a Maserati, I was told, we will call you back on Saturday but they didn’t call, text, or email about the decision, the manager was lying about calling me back….awful awful and very awful 😢

The overall in experience in the Todd Alfa Romeo of Danbury was great. From the moment I first contacted them to obtain initial information on the car I was looking for, to the scheduling of a test drive, disclosure of fees and later to the process of closing the deal, everything went smoothly. The staff is absolutely kind, courteous, thorough in explaining all details of the vehicle, as well as the transaction itself (pricing, fees, financing, warranties, etc.). Todd Alfa Romeo of Danbury counts on my full recommendation. 5-star service and staff.

The whole team here is fantastic.

The whole team here is fantastic. This is my second car from them and when I’m ready to change it out again in a few years I will definitely be coming back here. Angel alongside Brian and Rob made everything so easy and really found ways to ensure I got everything I needed. Thank you guys!

A 5 Star rating to the Service Department Team of Brian

A 5 Star rating to the Service Department Team of Brian Eckert at Todd Alfa Romeo in Danbury, CT dealership is not enough! Brian’s team always exceeds my expectations. I needed an oil change and a couple of things that were needed to be checked on my Alfa Romeo Veloce Stelvio and Azalea was the representative who assisted me in getting my Stelvio serviced. Azalea is very helpful, kept me updated, she’s very cheerful and overall great personality! Even though Brian Eckert, Fixed Operations Director is behind the scene I know Brian did what he did to make sure that everything in my Stelvio is in good working condition. Brian is the same great guy since the day we met him in year 2020. He’s always available whenever we needed to talk to him. Brian is about integrity and accountability and the reason why I always give a high recommendation for his Service Department team and one of the reasons why we will continue leasing from the dealership.
