You will not find better service anywhere!

Just WOW, 5 STARS! We have been made members of the family! "See them first, see them last, but see them and save" I have looked at 10 different dealerships for purchasing a vehicle and I always come back to Charlie's. Specifically, there are a group of employees that have gone beyond the call of duty and have surpassed my expectations. This is important to note, since I have been in the customer service industry and have taught employees on how to best take care of and listen to customers needs. These employees deserve the highest respect and I give them my full commendation and recommendation to any potential customer. To give you a back ground, my wife and I had been to two other dealerships the day before, one of those times we were met with arrogance and a lack of customer respect. This dealership we went to, noted cars that we were looking at and then because they have 12 dealerships, decided to allow them to be shipped around to other potential customers at other dealerships, leaving us with no car to test drive. This was a very poor experience and lead us to another place, Charlie's. During our visit at Charlie's all these members were fantastic. Paul showed us countless vehicles and answered all my questions. I have to admit I am far from the easiest customer in the world. After test drive a couple and learning what we were looking for Paul showed us a Traverse, at face value it was exactly what we were looking for. After further examination my wife decided to go with the Sorento. Even though the deal was all but done, they put us in the Sorento the vehicle my wife wanted from the beginning but had yet to find. Shaun, worked out the numbers and consulted with John the manager to get us a fair price and an excellent deal. They offered me about what I wanted for my trade and found a great rate with a reputable lender. Lastly after working on the first deal, Jay came in on his day off to finalize the deal on the Sorrento for us. Although their were some bumps in the road, these members are a representation of what exceptional customer service can be. I should note, even after the sale Paul has helped me with little things and has kept in touch even helping us set appointments to address questions and concerns. The service exceeded my expectations so much, I decided to refer my sister to get a car from them as well. *****Outstanding customer assistance team! ***** Jay- Finance Shaun- Sales manager Paul- Sales John- Manager and of course Charlie, for employing them!

Excellent treatment

I bought new in 2016, was not happy with vehicle! Charlie's service department was second to none to deal with, then when I made the decision to trade out of the vehicle, Charlie's sales department went above the call of duty to make sure I was treated fairly and got what I was looking for. Thanks Charlie's team!!!

Top notch dealership. No pressure EXCELLENT!

Best deaerlship I have ever had an experience with, No pressure phone calls,Fast paperwork,In and out in a hour with our new car that we love, traded in a super Maxima to downsize and Jared and Sean worked together to make our purchase the easiest I have experienced! I truly mean what I am stating.I will be back as soon as I am ready for a new car.A++++

Great Experience with the Charlie's Team

Charlie's Motor Mall produced an excellent price and the team made the whole process easy. The vehicle was in great condition with everything in its checklist spelled out thoroughly. A great dealer to work with.

Great Experience

We had a great experience working with Joe Ronco and the Charlies team in helping us find the right vehicle at the right price. Joe is both professional and personable to work with and was very attentive and responsive. We look forward to working with he and the Charlies team in the future.

Happy Jeep Wrangler Sahara owner

I am a very pleased customer of Charlie's Jeep dealership. I worked with Andrew Dupont and he was very professional and knowledgeable and a joy to do business with. He gave me an excellent trade in on my vehicle and a great price on the Wrangler. I also had a pleasant experience dealing with Randy in the finance department. Again very professional and helpful. I am from Bangor, Me. but I choose to deal with Charlie's in Augusta because I get the best trade in value and the best purchase price.

The perfect experience

Charlie's has always been easy to work with. With this deal ity will make my third purchase from them over the past twelve years. They are very easy to deal with, friendly too. No high pressures whatsoever. Willing to go the extra to get you into the perfect fit.

Superb experience at Charlie's Kia!

Dreading the car sales experience, after making a decision to switch from a 15+year relationship with Honda Dealer in Southern Maine; I was very happy with the overall experience at Charlie's Kia. The newly re-designed 2015 Kia Sedona is like a better version of the Honda Odyssey. Everyone at Charlie's Kia was great and make you feel at home. Such as: Andrew (Internet Sales), Joe Furrow (Our Salesman), Jeff Sprague (Sales Mgr), and Randy Roux (Finance). I would highly recommend giving them a shot: if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Charlie's Kia!

Great Experience

Sam Saunders is an excellent salsman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Maxima I purchased and made the car buying process quick and easy. I LOVE my new car!

Creat service and very iunderstanding o

I want to personally recognize the wonderful service and follow through I received during a recent purchase at Charlies Auto Mall in Augusta, Me. Both Bubba (my sales rep ) and Mike were very helpful and made extra effort in putting me into an excellent Chevy Silverado truck. I can tell you that other dealers do not reflect this high level of detail and follow through> Would I recommend Charlies to another party....You betcha! This is our third vehicle from Charlies.
