The purchasing process went smoothly and was very simple.

The purchasing process went smoothly and was very simple. We were an out-of-state purchaser and everything that was mentioned to be done was done so effortlessly. We cannot thank enough, the Atkins Ford dealership and their salesman AJ Jackson! He helped us through the entire process, and as I said it was an extremely easy purchase from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the truck and the follow up from Atkins.

Have used them for years but recently was told my car

Have used them for years but recently was told my car need $4,700 of work took it to another repair center and they told me my car needed no work done at all. Placed calls multiple calls requesting a call back and have received none. We will be taking our 6 vehicles to other places for service. Horrible experience

Went into the dealership on 2/12 traded my 2024 king

Went into the dealership on 2/12 traded my 2024 king ranch tremor f350 in on a 2024 lariat 250. My salesman was Tommy bolles and my finance manager was noe ponce. I was very adamant about not wanting gps trackers being put in the vehicles. I was told by both guys that the truck didn't have one. Well it was pouring rain that day so the following day I get out in the driveway and check the truck out. The truck had multiple touch up spots on the paint. And I opened the glove box and what do I find? Apex gps tracker information about the tracker installed on the truck. Then I contacted both men via email and phone. I was never responded to until I went to the chief sales operations guy Tony Herrera (which is an awesome guy by the way) he gave me to homero another salesman. (Which was awesome as well) they give me a who new truck. Well after a few days I realized this truck didn't have all the features of the first truck. Also the bed cover had no keys and waited for 2 weeks and still never got them. Well they tried to give me a third truck. Which I was fine with until Mr noe ponce decided to call me yesterday and insisted on calling me "bud" "bro" and was rude saying he didn't know what was going on. So now I'm out of a truck and was given a check for the equity I had in my trade. Basically I wouldn't step near this place to do business with them. And be sure to ask about the gps trackers! Lesson learned!

The personnel are always helpful and friendly. I have been dealing with Akins Ford for 19 years. My family has purchased 10 vehicles from them and would no trade either any other dealer. The service is top knotch.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Lots of help presale but could have used more time at delivery with explaining a new diesel truck that we have never owned. We had to come home and google and watch you tube videos to understand how the many different features worked on the truck. Still trying to understand. Our salesman was very pressed to get to his next customer as it was the last day of a bonus cycle.
