Adirondack Auto was excellent in diagnosing and fixing my ignition module and ignition switch problem. They were much more technically knowledgeable than the other dealer in my area was. I only had this one experience with them but I would definitely go back to them for service.

Called Charlie on a Friday for numbers on a new jeep, as my wife and I had decided to trade, after looking they seemed to have the best inventory, now we know why, after a week of unanswered emails, text and phone calls we decided to go elsewhere, STAY AWAY!, The stuck on himself owners son won’t respond....

The sales department is awsome, I'm on my fourth vehicle with them, if they dont have what you want they get it in a short period of time. When it comes to parts/service warranty work.....go else where I'm four weeks in on a warranty issue with multiply calls and even driving to the dealership and havent ever received a call back. My reply is always I'll look into it and call you back.

I had an awesome experience with Adirondack Chevy Buick in Elizabethtown New York! They installed a hitch and wire harness on our new jeep, quoted two hours labor and it took them four due to the fact the harness was a little more time consuming then expected and we paid for two hours! What dealership does that?
