Had a mechanical/electrical problem that disabled our car

Had a mechanical/electrical problem that disabled our car while hundreds of miles from home. Despite being crazy busy, Mitch understood our situation and somehow was able to get us back on the road within hours. If he hadn't pulled off this miracle, we would have lost our pre-paid ferry passage and, more importantly, would have missed a critical medical appointment. Thank you MITCH and the crew at Berkshire BMW and VW Service Center!!

Recent service was on time and car was returned clean.

Recent service was on time and car was returned clean. No additional work was suggested which was correct as I had just gotten tires and other work. So honest too!

I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and it

I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and it is outlandish that they have suddenly started to charge a 3.25% fee for using a credit card. Other dealers family members use don’t do this and I’m incensed at this charge. If it is not ended I’m taking my business elsewhere.

A very efficient service department for my 2019 vw

A very efficient service department for my 2019 vw Altrack. The advisor Ethan made sure the parts were on hand to get the repair done with just an hour turn around. Thanks to he and parts department i am a happy camper. Also always feel confident to recieve an honest evaluation with no upsales!

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable I had a check engine

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable I had a check engine light come on. Car ran fine. I took may 2017 BMW M 240 to Berkshire BMW. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered the necessary repair part. Mitch was excellent in scheduling, getting the work done and getting my very clean car back to me in almost no time.
