They were very nice to work with. Took my VW Beetle in for airbag warranty work. They not only replace that but did a complete inspection on my car and washed it. I will be going back in the future.

Paid a $500 deductible.
Paid a $500 deductible..which in true I was told it could be nonrefundable..for a vehicle in transit, not on the lot. I ended up finding the same vehicle at another dealership slight cheaper. I tried to negotiate pricing ($300 lesser) with this dealer and they would not go down. One of the sales guys called me trying to sell me another type of vehicle and asked me if I still wanted the car..because another dealership wanted it. I put the deposit down on. I eventually bought my car from another dealer. I called to see if I could get my deposit back..the car still hasn't made it to the lot..I was basically told no by a manager named Mo. I put down a deposit why would you then try to sell me another vehicle.. from a simple humanity standpoint it would not have hurt or kept them from selling this vehicle to give back my deposit. I am glad I didn't do business here. Take your business to Volkswagen of Little Rock.

Our sales man was awesome but your parts lady is horrible and your sales manager is very rude they should not be able to deal with the public I would love to speak with someone higher up about my experience

Went for a Repair and ended up buying New
We had the best experience with the MCClarty team. The service department and sales were both genuine and looked out for our best interest. We drove our 2015 Mazda CX-9 (never had a problem with it) from FL to AR and it started making noise in the engine area after we arrived. Long story short, the engine needed to be replaced so we opted to buy a new 2021 Mazda CX-9. Carbon edition. The team at McClarty was excellent! I’ve bought cars at Toyota in two different states and never had as great of an experience that what we had at McClarty. Thank you McClarty Team!

I went up there with no intent to buy with $500...
I went up there with no intent to buy with $500 disposable income that I can play with they managed to show me a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 turbo with a 5-speed I love that car I got a great deal I got it for $303 a month but the salesman and the other kind of pushy but other than that to polite

Where are the real salesman
This is a very unprofessional dealership, avoid at all cost if you’re in the serious market for a vehicle. I’ve received much better treatment at other places!!

Bad experience at McLarty Mazda
Sales staff refused to tell me my interest rate after asking numerous times. Manager came over and offered all these “ discounts” then finally after waiting and waiting I was given an interest rate above the national average. I asked what about the apr of 0% advertised in Mazda promotionals I was told you can either have a good interest rate or give back all those discounts. What a scam and lousy way to do business. I would have walked and wish I had. I was not the only one in my family involved in the decision.
