Clean! Very relaxing to buy a car there!

Bought many cars over the years! To put it in short form the experience was great! The people were great!

Very Friendly and Fast Service

We had visited a few dealers before and they were unable to process applications nearly as quickly and adroitly as these professionals! They had the skills to get you in your dream car and then driving your new vehicle! Miracle!

Stay Away!

Was negotiating for a car at this dealership and was interrupted by another salesman that was taking lunch orders. Was treated like we were not even sitting there! I left! Gave them another chance months later. I saw a car on Internet and called about it, Internet specialist said car would be out front ready to go. Long story short, they could not find car, I flipped out and left. I am a Disabled Vet and this is the last thing I needed. Instead of buying an Audi Q7 I went to AC Mercedes and bought a ML 350.

Most Unethical Company

I went to buy another car after buying a car 1 year ago that was sold to me as a Lemon. I was told by the sales person that since I am having so many issues with my car to trade it in and they will give me a great deal. I specifically told them "DO NOT SHOP" my loan around because I did not want my credit score to drop tremendously, they said that would be fine and they will stay with the bank I was currently with. The deal went through, I was with my same bank and thought everything was fine until 2 weeks later found out the my score dropped 30 points because they shopped my loan to over 10 banks. I called and spoke to the finance guy name "Bill" and he sarcastically told me that although I asked them to not shop my loan around and they did, there was nothing they could do about it now. I hope that although Bill thought being unethical was the way to go, it is worth them loosing a valued customer. Not only will I NEVER buy another car from Atlantic Auto Group, especially as long as Bill is working there, but I will tell as many people as I can about his unethical behavior. Great Buying Experience

My husband and I entered Atlantic Auto Group just before Christmas to "just look" at the 2014 Jeep Cherokee as we had previously done at other dealerships. We were greeted immediately and warmly by Karl Israel who took some time just to get to know us and what we were looking for in a car. He was very professional and answered every question we had about the safety and performance issues of the Jeep. He happened to have just the vehicle we were looking for, so I went to test drive it with him. He made sure that I adjusted all the mirrors, the seat, and the seat belt to maximize my comfort and safety. He also took a few minutes, prior to turning the car over to me, to describe some of the many exciting features of the car. When we returned to the showroom we went from "just looking" to buying the car and taking it home that evening. There was absolutely no pressure from Mr. Israel or Mike, one of the managers, for us to buy the car; in fact they went out of their way to make the time we spent there relaxing and pleasant. I returned the next day and Mr. Israel patiently went over every feature of the car until I was familiar with all the electronic features. We have purchased many new cars over the years, but we have never experienced the level of comfort and expertise that we experienced with any other salesman. We both highly recommend Atlantic Auto Group and especially Karl Israel.

Great experience

Karl Israel was a joy to work with. I would recommend him to family and friends the next time they are shopping for a car. He was attentive and took the time to go over all safety features of my new car. He made it a pleasure to purchase a car and made sure all my questions were answered.

at the request of my father i went to atlantic to check out cars. i had a great experience, karl israel, the sales rep, was friendly and informative. i was not pressured into purchasing a car but i did in fact buy one. i got a great deal and they were willing to work with me on financing. karl also took me on a very informative tour of the car that i purchased so that i would not have any problems. he also made himself very available if i had any questions or concerns once i left the lot. i would recommend atlantic to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Second Visit

As we returned to the dealership to purchase a second automobile, we again were assisted by Karl Israel, a knowledgable and professional salesman who handled my sale on a timely basis. We were treated with excellent customer service and would highly recommend to friends and family.
