I would like to thank Robert Cassell at Ross Ford Toyota in Wynne Arkansas for his wonderful customer service. I am a full time student and my car broke down on me on the way to class. I drive over a hour to school every day. I was so worried that I would have to drop my classes, because of transportation issues. I went to Robert Cassell and he had me in my new car within a few hours. He was very courteous and assuring about my situation. He actually took all my worries away, just sitting and discussing my situation with him. I absolutely love my new Toyota Corolla and most of all I did not have to drop any of my classes. We have purchased two vehicles from Jason Hinkle at Ross Toyota in the last year. Jason really knows his vehicles and took his time explaining advantages/disadvantages of all we looked at. They were both great transactions and I would recommend Ross Toyota and especially Jason Hinkle.

We were originally going to purchase a 2015 Prius V in late 2015. We contacted Jason Hinkle and he found the car we had asked for very quickly. In the meantime, though, we decided to wait until the 2016 redesigned Prius was available and try it first so we asked him to alert us when one was available for a test drive. In late January he alerted us that a new Prius was in their showroom. We went for a test drive and we appreciated the fact that he let my wife and I test drive it without accompanying us. The car was a Prius 3 and after looking at the possibilities we decided on a Prius 3 Touring. He immediately started looking for the car he wanted and, in a surprisingly short amount of time(about 2 weeks), he had found exactly the car we wanted and had gotten it in Ross Ford/Toyota's Show Room. I was amazed because we had contacted some larger dealerships in Memphis and they had not been able to get the car we wanted. Anyhow, we went to the showroom, test drove the car, and purchased it. The whole process was handled very professionally and we will certainly do business again with Mr. Hinkle when we're ready to upgrade our Prius to a newer model.

A little over a week ago I called into ROSS Ford Toyota in Wynne Arkansas looking for a Toyota Tundra and spoke to Jason Hinkle. I had already been to multiple dealerships looking for what I needed and couldn't find what I wanted.Jason went to work immediately finding me the exact model and specification that I wanted. In very short order he had my vehicle on the ground and the keys in my hands. He took me through the specs of the vehicle from bumper to bumper. A friendly environment and enjoyable car shopping experience! This is my second purchase from Jason Hinkle at Ross Ford/Toyota and the whole buying process just keeps getting better. Jason responded to my e-mail the same day and had the car that I asked for ready and waiting, the price was GREAT and the whole experience took less than two hours. Everyone at the dealership works to make the car purchase a pleasant event. I can say that I will be buying from them again.

On recent trip we blew a tire that also damaged our brakes on our Ford van. Everyone we dealt with at Ross Ford was helpful and friendly. From the time we contacted them until we were back on the road the treated us as if we were a life-long customer. If we did not live 800 miles away we would definitely come back.
