recently i visited this service center for servicing and they did a very good job. I am satisfied. i was having some problem and they fixed it and gave a complimentary car wash.

As usual, the experience was exceptional. The coffee and chocolate chip cookies were great. I was in the shop and out in just an hour. Thanks

Appreciate your help - I'm sold on Toyota - the vehicle dependability and the service department. The BLTs from the inside deli counter are pretty good too [friendly]. I appreciate the professional effort Mike Crocker routinely provides. I like the fact that he suggests what I need to do such as tire balancing. FYI - this is my second Avalon. In three trips for routine service I have been blown away by the experience. I actually look forward to returning for more service. The work was done very quickly and done right THE FIRST time. This is by far the best service I have ever received at any dealership. All personnel are very helpful and friendly.

Visit was just to get a piece of side molding replaced on new Avalon. Patrick Meyer got me in and out very quickly with Very friendly service. If I have to return for service, I would love to have his assistance again.

Jerry Kilgo ... (really ALL Jim Hudson Service Department Team), provides the highest of quality service. There are now two Toyota dealerships closer to my home, but I'll drive the extra 10 miles in all three of my Toyotas just to have this service team service my cars.

I brought my RAV4 in to have an on-board computer re-programmed. They were ready for me at the scheduled time and finished the service in less than half an hour. I did not even have time to finish my free coffee. They also washed my car, which I really appreciated. Another Toyota dealer in town does not do this. I have been going to Jim Hudson Toyota since 2007 and have always been treated as a valued customer. You can be sure that when it comes time to replace my RAV4 I will be back here to see what they can do for me.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry hybrid with the help of Jeff Slaven and financed it with Toyota with payments I can afford. I continue to be taken care of whenever I go in to Jim Hudson Toyota for service. I was in and out in one hour thanks to Edgar Alewine and Jerry Kilgo.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism at Jim Hudson. Jerry was very thorough in his suggestions, and I felt like he wasn't just telling me a bunch of things that needed to be fixed. He gave me a good time line on when things should be fixed so I wouldn't have to pay a big chunk of money all at once.
