Extremely disappointed with the quality of the service.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. Especially considering this should have been an easy in and out thing. Called this morning due to needing a new tire due to a serious leak. Was told they don't do appointments for that and to just come in. Great. Simple enough. I do just that and am asked immediately if I made an appointment for my leak. . . no you all said you don't do appointments for that. They only have 1 tire choice in stock they say, price is agreed on and I am on my way. I get home, check their website and see there are more options available on the website in my tire size and there is a rebate that was not mentioned by the service advisor. So I call back. No answer. Right to voicemail. Call back 2 more times. Leave a voicemail, send off 2 texts, and no response until 4 hours later (close to 1pm) where they claim they are working on my car, so no point in asking about the different tires now as it is too late. And that they have no logs of me calling or leaving a voicemail. (Lets just cut that lie out right now, my phone logs say otherwise and the voicemail left in your inbox does too) 1 hour later I get the video diag and that they are JUST starting the work now. . .so they weren't installing the tires at the time of the call like I was told. I take a look on the website again, see they price match local tire install shops. Find a shop at a lesser price and figure I will bring it up when the service is finished. Get told the car is ready, I arrive, tell them I'm here to pick up my car and get a price match, and that is when their tone changed completely. It went from cheerful to "This person will help you." Walk to that person and they insist that Audi doesn't price match tires, when the website states it does. They then tell me to go back to another service advisor to fix that, who just tells me they will get the service manager instead and no further communication after that. 10 minutes later, service manager comes out, price matches finally, and takes me to the lady to pay that was insisting they don't price match tires. Her attitude is no longer happy, but rather very cold. Pay, sign, get my paperwork, and not even a have a nice day. Just silence. This was by far one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had with a dealership. And it was just a simple job of swapping 2 tires. The moment there were any issues the mood of the dealership went from your buddy to the mood of I am clearly inconveniencing them. I will not be back. I will look to purchase my significant other a Tiguan and myself a GTI elsewhere and will be servicing my A6 anywhere but here from now on. Staff needs to be properly trained on offers, deals, and their own policies. Staff needs to be more polite to customers when they make mistakes. Staff needs to also not be dishonest and lie about trivial things. Just admit you were busy and missed my calls.

My wife and I were car shopping and visited three nearby

My wife and I were car shopping and visited three nearby dealerships - Audi, BMW, and Land Rover - on the same day. We started with Land Rover, where we received adequate attention and a friendly reception, but something was missing. The BMW dealer was pleasant and enthusiastic, but their efforts seemed superficial. However, our experience at Audi was truly remarkable! Bodur Ibrahim welcomed us with a warm, genuine smile, making us feel like old friends. She expertly guided us through our options, encouraging test drives without being pushy. Her advice was spot-on, her promises reliable, and her pride in representing Audi shone through. While all dealers aim to sell, only a few exceptional ones like Bodur make a lasting impact, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. She embodies the essence of Audi's excellence and is a outstanding example of what makes a company truly great
