Amazing Customer Service!
I live in Arizona and have purchased a few cars out of state. I recently finished purchasing a used Mini Cooper from them and this by far has been the smoothest out-of-state purchase that I have ever had! My salesman, Danny Berry, was very professional and always responded to my texts and calls in a timely manner and the price of the Mini was phenomenal!! I would definitely purchase a car from him again!

Awesome experience
I had a great experience with my salesperson Chantel Mitchell, she was very thorough and patient with me and kept a very professional attitude the whole way through. I didn't feel pressured to compelete the purchase, even after being there past closing time. Thanks again Chantel for your expertise and great customer service.

Great People
I enjoyed working with John Ashcraft, salesman and Lydia Reed, sales manager, even though I was never introduced to her; but she is the behind the scenes person who can make or break a deal with the Salesperson. The main thing I would suggest is know what you want before you go. By being prepared, I knew what John was talking about when he mentioned certain model features to me. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I would be comfortable; and it would not break my budget. I also enjoyed the fact that no pressure was placed on me to purchase warranties for tires, etc.

John Ashcraft is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. He answered all our questions and explained all our options. He personally demonstrated all the features of our new vehicle and was very thorough. I highly recommend Suburban Nissan and John to anyone looking for a vehicle. We left the dealership satisfied.
