Rrad carefully qhat you sign!
We went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. After a week of deliberations we had picked a car. We where then handed off to the manager Tom who would be finalizing the deal. We where very adamant about what we wanted to spend, monthly payment and terms (72 months). The Manager Tom got back to us a day later with a term that we agreed on. We set up an appointment with Tom, who guaranteed us he would be there since he ran all the numbers. We show up to our appointment and Tom was no where to be found. But they assured us all the paperwork was ready and we could drive off with our vehicle. Upon signing the paperwork we carefully read them thoroughly. And we found that they had changed the terms from 72 months which we had already agreed on to 75 months. The whole time Tom the manager was telling us how he went to battle for us getting us a great deal and low payment. Well we discovered that his battle was just extending the terms to.lower the payment. They simple took us for ignorant people that would not read the paperwork and notice the scam move they played in us. When we brought this to their attention, they basically offended us by saying we misheard what Tom had originally said to us. Toms manager was there and was as rude as xxxx. He belittled my girlfriend telling her she imagined what Tom had told us. This was disgusting and a typical comme t from a weak and poor professionalism person that can't get ahead in life unless they belittle a woman. We ended up canceling our deal and walked out qith no vehicle. Stay away from this place! And if you choose to ignore this post at least be very very aware of what you are signing.

Beware of "Market Value Adjustment" and Doc Fees
When is a published price not a price? When is a written quote not a quote? When you're dealing with NJ car dealers! Sansone Jr's dealership tacks on an undisclosed $2,995 "market adjustment fee" and asks a ridiculous $595 doc fee. You expect car dealers to be shady, but $3,590, really?

Terrible sales experience
I’d like to meet all the people who gave Gavin Gatta a good review. Seriously. I had made an appt to look at a Nissan Altima. When I got to the dealership the car I wanted wasn’t even on the lot. That should’ve been my first indication. Second, Gavin needs to realize that not everyone is buying a car for the first time. The fast talking stupid non sensical explanations don’t wash with me. He tried to tell me that it was in my best interest to finance the car rather than lease because the lease payment was more. Hello? Has anyone ever leased a car that was more than financing?? I’d like to meet that person too. When I asked him to see the price of the car (which I know was 22000) he tried to sell me the basic Altima for 27000. I told him that was very high and we had already discussed the price with discounts around 21-22000. I told him I did not want to finance a car for 7 years and he snapped “why do you think people get mortgages for 30 years? So they get a smaller payment” xxx is he talking about. Then he muttered something about getting another price and left. Then he sent some other person in with an even higher price if you can believe this. 28000. When I asked how he arrives higher than the other prices he said all the addons and doc fees etc etc. I stopped him and told him I don’t play these games and left. I cannot believe how rude Gavin was to leave in the middle of a deal and send someone else in. So do your research and don’t go to Sansone. PS. I called to speak with Paul Sansone Jr and he didn’t want to get on the phone. He doesn’t have voicemail either apparently. What a BS place this is. I suggest go somewhere where you will be treated with respect.
