Dishonest management and staff. Good luck

If I could go negative stars I would. I have been getting my cars here all of my life. So, one can gather that once upon a time things weren't so bad here. Last two leases were a complete nightmare. They lie right to your face about things said and things that weren't. They scheme by bypassing some legalities in order to make a deal (signed my lease at a local pizza spot near the dealership among other weird things). Never gave me my contract even after i reached out for it 5+ times. Oh, and how about the bills I am getting for things I was told were part of my original deal. I will never be back. My family won't either after this. Garbage customer service and from the looks of it garbage repair too. Thanks for absolutely ZERO including not returning ANY of my messages and having your team play games with me when I try to call. You can't even CALL this xxxx place without an issue.

Would Recommend

Was looking for a new car to replace my 07 Toyota Corolla. I started out returning to the Toyota dealership in Toms River where the car was purchased from, since they told me they offer a loyalty incentive (they don't). Was very unhappy with how I was treated there, and they also told me I could expect to tack on about $5k to the window stickers for "inflation adjustments" in addition to the standard taxes and fees I'd pay at any dealership. I then went over to Honda to check out the Civic. Again, sales reps were unfriendly, and gave me a quote of almost $10k over MSRP due to inflation, etching on the glass, and several other fees. I left them too, and went down the line to the Nissan dealer. The atmosphere and salesman I dealt with (Anthony- I don't see his name on the list to rate) were much more friendly than the other dealers I went to. The MSRP price on the window sticker is also the price you pay (aside from the standard taxes and fees you will pay at any dealership); there were no hidden/tacked on fees. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Sentra. I am happy with the car and with how I was treated there. Would recommend and would return in the future.

Great place

I have worked with Pine Belt in the past. This is a great place. I am happy that I had a great experience with them again. Matt Troncone is exceptional and represents Pine Belt very well.

Easy Exoerience & Great Car

Working with Sean and Pine Belt was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Sean was a really cool guy who did not come across as a salesman, yet a good honest hardworking dude who really wanted to see me with a great deal. I appreciate all your heard work Sean.

Absolutely Amazing!

From the moment I was greeted by Chris Condello in Sales, to the moment I drove out in my new Nissan, the entire transaction was enjoyable. My sales team, Chris Condello & Chris Bruschi, Joe Cirillo in Finance & cashier Laura were all so wonderful. Here at Pine Belt, they treat you like family!

Great Service and Car
