I would like to sincerely thank the entire service team at Star Nissan for the fantastic support I received during my recent visit. I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for many years – both for service and car purchases. Each time, I can count on reliable assistance and professional guidance from my trusted sales consultant, Olga Soltysiak. Olga is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind – she always makes the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Her dedication and personal approach truly deserve the highest recognition. Special thanks also go to Mark Yalda, who has consistently shown outstanding commitment and genuine care for customers over the years. Mark always finds the time to help, offer advice, and ensure every visit is stress-free. He’s truly a gem and a shining example of top-tier customer service. I’d also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Deshon, who was equally kind, helpful, and attentive during my visit. It’s important to mention that almost everyone I’ve interacted with in the customer service department has been fantastic and incredibly supportive. I don’t know all their names – and the list would be long – so I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you. Your kindness and professionalism make a real difference. During the repair, I was given a loaner vehicle, which made things much easier – another example of how well the company takes care of its customers’ comfort and convenience. TERRIBLE !

TERRIBLE !!! Went in (already purchased online via Nissan related website but concern through research further) on 12/30/24 @ roughly 12:30pm with a shift knob and asked at least 3 questions pertained to it. Very uneducated... Part has 3 different #'s(34910-4BA1A through C). All this number indicated fit. VIN# gives differently. Don't know difference inside beside outside appearance. Asked 3 times to take a look at the parts side by side. Side steps each time. One point he tells me to bring the car in. Duh and really!!! Have the knob and unable to get gear shifted. Asked simply to get someone to explain about the knob plus the needle inside the lever knob (its purpose). Just smirked and stated strange and walked out. Sites tell you each time can't troubleshoot, Go to dealer. Dealer comes back with answer to bring it in. Only money in mind not to address solution

I had such a great experience here at this dealership. I especially want to send a SHOUT out to Enzo Ornelas, who sold me my new car....he was absolutely outstanding! He provided first-class service all while making me feel at ease. I would recommend Star Nissan to my family & friends without blinking an eye.
