Everything was done in a timely manner and everything was explained to me before and after by my advisor. My car was washed and vacuumed at the end of the service.

Staff was courteous and friendly.

Staff was courteous and friendly. The work completed quickly and the video of the issue was a nice touch. I will be bringing my car back when it needs further service.

A very good experience overall.

A very good experience overall. Courteous and efficient staff in a pleasant environment. My car is an older model which I still love. However it was fun and informative to try out a new model and experience the advances which have been made. My visit was due to a recall which was assessed and handled, but I was also given an overview, with detail, regarding maintenance needs. Thank you. Also want to mention that although, Dan Bolton is mentioned under “service”, i did not have the pleasure of meeting with him.

I've always been suspect of dealer repair and costs.

I've always been suspect of dealer repair and costs. In my case I needed a recall item addressed, and used Mini of Rockland. My 2007 Mini needed struts and springs, and I decided to have this work done while the recall items were addressed. The work was completed fairly quickly and the cost was lower than a local garage had quoted. I will use Mini of Rockland for future service.

Service was completed very quickly.

Service was completed very quickly. Only negative was that they don’t return the driver’s seat back to the original position when returning the car.

We have a 2010 Mini that had a recall by Mini to look at

We have a 2010 Mini that had a recall by Mini to look at if water was entering the car. George the service manager was most thorough of explaining the issue and provided as 2025 Nini 4 door as a liaber. Apparently the car did not have the issue it was recalled but several other potential issues were pointed out to us in a detailed report for further consideration. I couldn?t be more pleased with the communication from George on our status during the recall review.
