I brought my Nissan KICKs in for a routine oil and filter

I brought my Nissan KICKs in for a routine oil and filter change on 7/5/2025. When I arrived, I let the Associate know as to the service requested, but also mentioned that I was unsure if I had also requested that my tires be rotated. I was meet with a no problem, we will take care of it. I let him know if they were busy and unable to that was okay, and his response was not a problem -- we got it. I was there for a little over an hour. Upon cashing out, he reminded me that the next time I came in for service to not hesitate to ask if an additional service can be done and they would take care of it. I was so pleased with the customer care and service provided. Thank you!

Mark was Great.

Mark was Great. He showed me a few cars but wanted a jeep to my specifications. He knew exactly were to look . He showed me my new jeep. Runs like a charm. Showed me all the neat things my jeep could do. Hooked up my Bluetooth. That was really important. He explained the whole buying process. Was very thorough.. kept my mind at ease. Bought my jeep the next day!! Great work for Mark. Would recommend him to anyone!!
