Sami was so so helpful, patient, and made sure I got the
Sami was so so helpful, patient, and made sure I got the car I needed with all the options I wanted. He made sure all paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Alex also made sure I understood how to use technology and every option in the car very well. I recommend this location and if anyone ends up at the Westwood location should ask for Sami’s help.

Scheduled an oil change for 11:00AM- took over an hour
Scheduled an oil change for 11:00AM- took over an hour and a half to finish. Initially, walking into the service area the staff didn’t bother to look up. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged and checked in. Typical dealership up-selling of additional automotive services (only brought the vehicle into the dealership because of an oil change promotion). Service staff had/used the wrong phone number and had to “update it” to send a “video walk around” before paying. Positive experiences with dealership service department in the past, but won’t be returning anytime soon.
