Horrible leadership.
Horrible leadership. Thank goodness for the deal I got. I knew what I wanted and that was the saving grace for this deal. The manager Cody was super annoyed that I came in ready to negotiate vs just take the first offer on the table when it came to my trade in. Bella, the sales associate did not know anything about any of the cars and was super confused the entire time. After the deal was all said and done, Cody the manager did not even come out to shake our hands. Never have I had such a horrible customer experience, it truly is a dying art.... I did the survey and then Oscar the GM called me, there was zero point to having this conversation, he just kept boasting about how they are the best dealership and so on. He offered to give me a hug and a handshake...that was not the point. So I call Mazda financial today to get stats on where to send in my first payment. Keep in mind I was told my payment was due 90 days after the contract was signed. Bella had no idea and could not present the document that stated this info, so I went with signing as its the deal for the Mazda CX5 - posted everywhere! Come to find out my payment is due 60 days after. I am not going to split ends on this, it was my duty to read each document and the way the transaction was going, I really should have, but Bella said for sure 90 days...anyways, never would I ever come here again.

I don't feel overwhelmed coming in to the dealership I don't get rushed by sales people and it makes me feel great knowing I can look around at cars without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. The waiting area is comfortable and I love what is on the TV

They didn’t have the trim nor color that I wanted but went out of their way to do a dealer trade where I could get exactly what I wanted, all for the original price I was quoted. Hello Mazda is definitely the place to shop for a vehicle.
