Brought my car in for a full brake job and was blown away

Brought my car in for a full brake job and was blown away by the service. Nick checked me in, explained the process thoroughly, and Forrest followed up with updates the next day. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and made sure I was confident in the work being done. My brakes feel amazing—couldn’t ask for better service.

I purchased a new car at Lexus Pleasanton yesterday. Thomas Dodgion was our sales and leasing consultant, I cannot say enough about how helpful, consultative, and professional he was. It made the whole process a true luxury experience. He definitely earned a customer for life this week! From talking to me on the phone and truly getting an understanding of what I wanted, to getting me in for an appointment and making the whole buying experience not only pleasurable but quick and seamless. Victor in finance was also a pleasure. Lexus of Pleasanton has a top tier team, anyone thinking of getting a new car should pay them a visit first!

I worked with 10 dealerships in the area and his personal approach, honesty and complete understanding of both the inventory and your needs as a customer is what made me go with Lexus of Pleasanton. At no point I felt being “sold” to. Instead, Kevin helped answer all my questions, helped me evaluate pros and cons in terms of selection and finance, and kept full transparency into the process end to end. He even double checked with me after I got my car to make sure everything is ok. Kevin will be getting all my business and will be the one I refer my friends to. Very happy with my purchase and the overall experience.
