Bad experience

On August i took my land rover and the estimate they did stated that the oRing needed to be replaced. We had the work done and paid $ 816.80. One week later the same gasoline smell was back. I took my vehicle back and at that point I was told i needed to replace the whole gas tank. I was also told that i was going to only be charged for the parts. Since I had already repaired what they original told me was wrong. I was told that the cost would be $ 2,781.18 for parts only. I decided to call around and I thought that the estimated was too high. I received an estimate for $ 2,500.00 including parts and labor. In essence the 2,781.18 that I was getting charged was not in fact on the parts only. I was getting charge the whole thing. I am really disappointed as I have always taken my vehicle there. I want to make sure to put this out here so people will not be taken for a fool as I did by these people

The dealer is really welcoming and clean, great customer service from the minute you walk into the dealer. Bill our sales person, was recommended by a colleague of my lady and I here from work and let me tell ya’ our friend wasn’t wrong. From the min we arrived, Bill treated us as family, that is right, family, not as a walking $$$ sign ….. Really knowledgeable, humble, easy going, funny and experienced… He knows his way around it and he will work with you to ensure you leave the dealer with not only a huge smile but with the dream car you were hoping to get from the min you arrived to their facility.. Best dealer in South Florida

Went back for service and again I have to say how refreshing it is to take my car here. Like the delivery service they added . I think it's red cap , very cool !!!!! Thanks Nestor Alvarez and team.

Unethical Business Practice

I ordered a 2014 Range Rover Sport with almost all options through Mr. William (Bill) Siemer in January 2014. The estimated lead time was quoted for about 7 months due to the high demand. The car has actually arrived couple of weeks earlier. I received a call from Bill while I was out of town on a business trip, but I have promised him that someone would arrange the payment immediately in my absence. I have never heard from Bill again and few days later when I was back home, I was surprised to learn that Bill and his General Manager Danny Palenzuela have sold the vehicle I ordered to someone else, and the excuse was they were afraid I would export the car abroad. No apologies were ever given by Bill and Danny Palenzuela who was probably the most arrogant person I have ever encountered in my life. I have also sent an e-mail to Warren Henry Zinn, CEO of the Warren Henry Auto Group, and he has done nothing but asked Danny Palenzuela to call me and let me know there was nothing they could do and they really did not care what had happened. You would think you should receive world-class service from the dealership at this caliber, but my experience at the Land Rover North Dade was horrified beyond my imagination. I eventually was able to locate a similar vehicle at the Land Rover Fort Lauderdale and the service was true world-class.

Ask for William "Bill" Siemer!

Bill Siemer is absolutely the greatest car salesman I've ever met! A true asset to Warren Henry!!! Amazing, knowledgable, honest, 150% service all the way. If you are interested in a Land Rover, make sure you ask for Bill! I'm on my second Range Rover and I will definitively come again for more as long as Bill is there!

Raising the bar

I have purchased over 17 cars from the Warren Henry dealership group and over 10 Land Rovers from Land Rover North Dade. Their service has always been excellent on both the sales and service fronts. Every time in service, Nestor Alvarez provides what can only be called a phenomenal service experience with quick turnaround times and exceptional service quality

Very Professional Dealer

I had been searching for a very specific Range Rover Sport for months. One finally turned up at Warren Henry/Land Rover North Dade. Tunc Basar was great to work with. He answered all my questions, negotiated professionally, and even picked me up from the airport when I came to pick up the vehicle. Everything in person was as we had discussed with no surprises. Overall, I am impressed by the pleasant buying experience. I would recommend Tunc and Land Rover North Dade to any other prospective buyers!

Land Rover

Great experience.

What I like most is how available times are for me to bring in my Range Rover. I'm treated like family by Nestor Alvarez from start to finish as well as the rest of his great team caring for me. Love the new service center as well. Great work guys!!!!!!!

Very Pleased Client

My family has purchased many Land Rovers here since we moved to Florida in 1999. The comfort level is very high for me as I feel we are well taken care of. I wanted a dealer that would help me when problems occur. They are 100% on target with customer service. Nestor Alvarez is always there to give the right advice and make sure I do not have anything to be concerned with.
