Quick and easy and affordable and I recommend. I went there today for my first time on a friend’s recommendation and I’ll keep going back.

Service department struggles
Sales are wonderful but I wouldn't recommend the service here. They refuse to take appointments for a lot of regular maintenance which means I've had to leave and return repeatedly when they are busy. Lack of respect for their customers time is frustrating. If the policy doesn't change, I'll likely purchase cars elsewhere in the future.

Making it right
Had brakes replaced. Initial rotors squeaked after installation. They made it right, got me in and installed upgraded rotors at no additional cost. They made it right!

No respect for the customer’s time. No follow up
Sorry about the sour grapes but I’ve dealt with this dealership twice and had poor service each time. Because they are the only Mercedes dealer in a large geographic area, unfortunately, they have had my business for service by default. I live over 200 miles from the dealer and must travel to reach them. This takes planning and coordination. Despite our best efforts, both times that we’ve arrange for service, the dealership was not considerate of our need to have our service performed and completed promptly so we could continue on our way. Our car essentially spent the whole day there for an airbag replacement first. Next time, they advised us to return at the end of the day after scheduling an 11:00 lube…after assuring me that we would be done in 1-1/2 hour on the phone. Sales Manager was contacted on two occasions to inquire about purchasing my car as well. He failed to respond each time. Please do yourself a favor, folks…buy a brand where you have service options and can vote with your feet!

Great Service
We were helped very quickly and treated very well. Our salesman was very polite and made sure we didn’t wait long at all. If I had a complaint it would be the selection of vehicles but they can’t help that.
