I highly recommend Tasca Mazda in Cranston to my friends, family and anyone who's looking to purchase a car. My Sales Consultant, Kalic, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mazda vehicles. He explained all the features and functions of the car and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns I had. I spoke with April in the finance department and she helped me to find a price that works. I appreciated that while she was processing the paperwork she considered my time and recommended I come back to the dealership in two hours while the paperwork was being drafted. She spoke highly of the Tasca family and this is the first time I ever truly thought of car dealerships as a family owned business. I appreciate Kalic, April and the Tasca family for their efforts in purchasing a car stress free and so efficiently. I was able to take my car home on the day I purchased it and after two weeks of driving the car, I am a huge Mazda fan! The car handles curves so smoothly and effortlessly!

Our Tasca Mazda experience started out positive but
Our Tasca Mazda experience started out positive but unfortunately did not end that way. We traveled 1 1/2 hours to purchase a car because they had the car we wanted on their lot. We worked with Anthony Sanchez on the purchase and everything "seemed" seamless. We purchased on a Saturday and planned to pick it up 7 days later on the following Saturday, giving the dealership a week to get the car ready. The Saturday we were to pick up the car, we were about 40 minutes into our drive for our 11am appointment, when we received a phone call stating the car had not been Mazda certified yet by the dealer. So, the car was with the service department and wouldn’t be ready until later in the afternoon. This was very inconvenient as we did not want to sit around for hours waiting for car with a 1 1/2-hour ride home…. Again, that car sat on the lot for a week so why wasn't this already completed. Knowing we were turning around to head home, they offered to drive the car up the next day (Sunday), so we accepted. The car was delivered with non- functioning Navigation that we discovered the next day when trying to use it. The SD card did not function properly but they refused to replace it, so much for Tasca standing by their product. The car was also delivered with only 1 key because they couldn’t find the other one. Again, the car sat on the lot for a week, why was this no addressed accordingly. We refused to drive back down to sit and wait 2 hours for a key to be done later in the week, so second key was shipped to us so we could bring it to our local Mazda to have the key paired to the car, another inconvenience to us. The first key that was sent malfunctioned after sitting at the dealer for 2 hours. We then had to wait another 3 weeks for Tasca to send us a second key. You think that they would have just bought a key from the local dealership to get this done but they refused. Then come to find out they did not provide us with the car's original Valet Key so they could not cut that key for us. All this back and forth that should have been taken care of before delivery. I will never buy a car from this dealership again; their service department is poorly managed and their sales manager clearly doesn't know how to get things done in a timely manner. I have warned friends and family of this to stay away from Tasca . First they don’t stand by their product and second they don’t deliver a complete product. For a month we were back and forth with them. Buy your next Mazda from someone else.

Ken Petricone salesman guided me thru an end of lease and eased me into a 2022 Mazda-CX 30 and I could not be more satisfied! Ken made the process easy. He is always busy but yet juggles all his customers seamlessly and takes time with you as if you are the only one there. Shout out also to Harry who ran me thru the tech stuff and paired my phone to Bluetooth and Peter in finance who eased me thru the paperwork. I will not purchase anywhere else! Thank you Tasca and all those behind the scene players I never got to meet who made it all happen!
