Ourisman Mazda Dealership in Laurel I will never buy a
Ourisman Mazda Dealership in Laurel I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership especially if you are a woman and African. I purchased a Mazda CX5 PP from this dealership and it has been a nightmare and disappointing and disrespectful. They cashed my check and delivered to me a dirty vehicle and then asked me to take it for detailing and Mike said he will reimburse me. They have to take the vehicle back for service on infotainment system, seatbelt being loose with no tension, and trunk opening on its own when driving. Again they text me they are detailing the vehicle and havefixed everything. Instead the vehicle was delivered and not cleaned, my handicap tag was missing and this is after they have kept my vehicle for two straight days. Tim Morgan, Larry and AJ were only interested in making money and doesn’t care about the customer. I am going to find where I can file a complaint against them. If I have followed my instincts I would never have bought this vehicle. I changed my mind couple times not to buy the vehicle from this dealership. Tim the manager has not even reached out to me about my tag. I should hav gone ahead with the dealership in VA even though I will have to do inspection by myself. Terrible people who are irresponsible and not responsive.

I purchased my vehicle online through Cars.
I purchased my vehicle online through Cars.com. The breakdown in , I should lack of communication was awful. There were red flags and that I overlooked. The final straw was a text message from the shipper, who said they were horrible company, that my vehicle was not ready for pick up. No one from the company reached out to tell me that my vehicle was not going to be delivered on the day they promised. When I reached out they did apologize. The employee said he was speaking to the GM and used car director. I eventually received a call from the used car director saying my be car is being picked up up at 1 the next day. Then radio silence. I called at 1 and they said the the shipper was 40 mins out ..The shipper supposedly picked up my vehicle at 540 on Saturday. I never received any information from the shipper. I was told that my vehicle would be delivered in the middle of the night. It has yet to arrive and I have had no updates. It is Sunday and the dealership is closed.

Working with Ourisman Mazda was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I would definitely recommend them. They are knowledgeable, upfront, transparent, reasonable, and pleasant. This dealership goes above and beyond to earn your business and your praise. Everyone I dealt with from my salesman, to the manager, to the finance department, was amazing. (Tip- Ask for Andre as your salesman.) It was a flawless experience overall. I would most certainly do business with them again.
