Good customer service and great waiting area.

As competitive price wise as any other dealer, good customer service, great waiting area with WiFi and TV so you can be productive while you wait. Look for service coupons to help the cost. Same "confuse the customer" format for the bill so it takes a little bit to really see what the individual service items cost. Sign up for their Owner Advantage program to also help with the costs.

As for the bill confusion, our Service Advisors are always available to review the charges with you. Wife got the perfect vehicle

Went here to get a Van for my wife so she can haul around the kids. The people at John Kennedy were so nice and helpful (even when our kids kept acting up). The process was painless for the most part and we will use John Kennedy for our next car to.

Excellent Service!

I was looking for an used minivan and found a Honda Odyssey. The van was clean, in good condition, and the price was very competitive. Unfortunately, we bought a Toyota Sienna that we liked more from another dealership. However, will definitely consider them first for next car purchase.
