Derek Matthews
My husband and I went in looking for a nice used Cruze. We were passed off to Derek because our original sales man was leaving the dealership. It took a couple days to finalize the sale because we were waiting for our institution to fund the loan. Derek kept in touch and was patient throughout the process. Over the weekend my husband and I noticed that one of the headlights needed repaired. I took the car in to have it fixed and was given a rental. My car was fixed a couple hours later. A few nights ago, we noticed the radio would cut off at red lights. Derek scheduled me an appointment, no problem. Go see Derek if you're looking for a certified used car!

Herb Easley Used Cars
I have purchased many cars from Herb Easley over the past decade. There has never been a vehicle I purchased that I regretted getting. The Cars are advertised quality and I recommend this dealership to anyone. Salesman Johnny Beirne was of special help and even answered my telephone call after hours and took time away from his off time to assist. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles and guided me through the process. There are many salesman inside, however he was the one that was honest and delivered what he promised and that was good dependable dealings.

Pleasant car buying experience

Awesome Dealership

maintenance trip
Going in for my second maintenance trip was just as easy and fast as the first time coming in. The flow of traffic wasn't to heavy and since i already had an appointment set, they're able to get me right in! Took no more then 25 minutes tops in and out. The waiting room offered fresh brewed coffee, but no tasty snacks to compliment the beverage. The t.V displayed the national news and weather forecast. Overall i had a good experience and love how quick i was taken care of!

Do not use this dealership
I took my pickup in for a recall to be fixed. They provided me a loner car because of the holiday. I had a fender bender with that car and had it already in the works with my insurance company to cover the cost. The unprofessional lady in the service dept along with the unprofessional service mgr were very rude, disrespectful and humiliated me along with forcing me to pay upfront from what they said I had a $1000 deductible before I would get my pickup back and I could not leave with the loner car either. I live over a hour and half away from this dealership. I was also not satisfied with the GM of this dealership. And would not recommend dealing with Herb Easley at all.

We always do the best we can to meet every customers expectations, we take it very personal when we lose customers to an unfortunate circumstance. When an accident occurs and we are made aware of it, we are required to contact insurance companies immediately. Once we contacted the customers insurance company, they instructed us to collect the customers deductible amount of which they stated this amount was $1,000. When we attempted to collect this amount, the customer stated she didn't currently have that amount of money on her, but she could get it from home and bring it back. We did let her leave again in our loaner vehicle. About 10 minutes after she left, her insurance company called us back and stated that in this case, they have already worked out covering the cost of repairs and that we did not have to collect the deductible. We immediately called the customer back, told her this news, she stated that she would turn around, bring us back our vehicle and pick hers up. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and wish to repair any damaged relationship that this circumstance has caused. Thank you very much for your business.
