2017 Chevrolet Silverado, John Lacapa owner.

I?m glad I was able to get my truck seen so quickly. I brought my truck in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The attention by Debbie was very professional and pleasant. She made my visit very comfortable with both coffee and snacks. Kept me informed of the service being done and finished in a timely manner. Debbie is a wonderful service attendant.

Car experience

I bought a car from a lovely ? lady kaci Nichols? She is the reason we didn?t just leave and go to a different dealership!! I?m hoping I made a good decision! Our first sales rep took us on a drive in a car that smelled so much like smoke that we got nasiated and our clothes stunk! Even after I told her immediately I would never buy that car! We also drove over an hour to see that car! :/ it was horrible! Then she went to get a car to take us to look at the healership across the way .. she left and never came back!!! Like got her keys and left!! After 20 min I fo ally said can you get us someone else???like really! We were just about to leave wen kaci grabbed us up and was awesome to work with!! She is the reason I bought a 15,000 car and paid cash for it!!! It?s like no one there knows what is going on , we came back next day (another hour drive!) cause y?all wouldnt take a chk or money transfer from my bank! So I had to drive to Austin get my $ and bring it back to San Antonio?? then I get a call asking when I?m bring $ and title to my car 3 hours after I had aready brought it all?? no one let my sales rep even k ow we had been there???? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Again I?m not happy with this place at all? very happy Kaci and all Jeric do work when is the only reason I bought this car!!

Waste of time

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it a "no star". I would'nt recommend this dealership to the devil. It is the profile picture of mediocre and unprofessional. Don't even care to describe my experience, it's not worth the effort.

Got all day? Visit World Car Nissan

Their No Haggle Pricing is convenient, but plan for several hours at this location if you don?t come prepared with the exact make and model that you would like to purchase. They have no car lot organization process at all and it can sometimes ?take them days to find vehicles? on their lot.

Very friendly!

As soon as I drove up for my oil change, I was greeted by a nice smiling face as well as a friendly person.

Its all about making money. They could care less what you think. No apology yet for them running my credit when I paid cash.
